Miss Taeylor and Miss Jenn are so loving and caring with our baby, you can see his happiness when we drop off in the morning, especially if his BFF Ms. Janae is around. It's so apparent that caring for children is a calling for all of them and they truly enjoy watching and teaching children. Our oldest has also surpassed our educational expectations at the school, before even turning 3 he is counting beyond 20, counting backwards, can recite his ABCs, and even has started recognizing sight words which makes Little Sunshine's absolutely worth the value. There is no price tag I could place on providing my children an early start to their education and the curriculum is built in such a way that he is also fostering a love of learning. Instead, we were contacted by someone completely unrelated to the O'fallon location and they asked for clarification regarding this review. It was then decided we would have a meeting with that person because Gina was still ill. Long story short, our son is no longer enrolled at Kiddie Academy because of the unprofessionalism shown by Chassidy and Lindsey (director and assistant director) and their inability to supervise or even communicate with parents regarding their children. After we requested a refund for the month of November we started getting the run around, even though our son never attended a single day in November. They kept saying they "abide by the state minimum" and I don't know about everyone else here but but when it comes to my children and especially for what they charge I don't expect the minimum anything. If you truly love your children I urge you to think twice before enrolling in Kiddie Academy. Original Review: My youngest son has been attending Kiddie Academy O'fallon for a while now. Today marks the 3rd time in less than 2 months he's gotten bit while in their care. The school refuses to address the problems or give us an action plan as to what is being done about it. When brought to the schools attention their resolution was "well you can always pull your child from the school" Beware: if you don't want your children being bit find somewhere else to send them.

Both of our boys essentially grew up there -- Truman starting at 10 months old and Teddy beginning at just 10 weeks old when I returned from maternity leave. Over the years, they were loved by so many incredible teachers and staff members as they moved through classroom after classroom. At first, the daily updates, photos, and videos felt overwhelming -- but they quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day. Watching your children be genuinely loved and celebrated while you're at work is something every parent hopes for. Primrose didn't just provide childcare for our family. They helped build a community around us. Many of the friendships our boys made there will likely continue well into elementary school and beyond. What stands out most to me now is the compassion they showed our children during difficult seasons too. Childhood isn't always linear. Kids grow, struggle, regress, mature, and surprise you constantly. Through those years, the teachers and leadership at Primrose always treated our family with warmth and humanity.
