My son is very shy, and she had a great and slow approach and letting him build confidence. she is patient, warm, fun, and also stern when she needs too. I took my grandson yesterday for drs appointment and the lady behind the glass, Carmen, was the only thing I encountered. As per Carmen, my appointment never existed, even after my son confirmed twice before I arrived. She asked me who the patient was and before I even said my grandson's name, she cut me off and told me there was no dr at the office. I proceeded to try and talk with her and she left me talking by myself and went into the back where I could not see her. When I called for her, she rudely yelled at me that she was on the phone. Carmen is the rudest receptionist I have encountered in this city where customer service is a top priority. Carmen should not be a receptionist, nor work with people, and certainly not be the initial contact with the public for your office. While sharing this experience with my son, it's clear that Carmen was not having a bad day, this is her usual self. I was appalled at the way I was treated. No one should ever be addressed the way Carmen spoke to me. Perhaps a playback of her video dealing with me could be a great way to teach her how to deal with patients. To the drs that hired her, you can do so much better. You deserve to be represented in the best way possible. Please contact me if you would like to discuss.

I picked Physical Therapy Now strictly on both time and geographic convenience since it is located between "the cow field" and home. I also appreciate that even though I was the last appointment at 7PM, they'd wait about 10 minutes for me. The facility is located adjacent to a diagnostic center in a strip mall. The signage showing the physical therapy place could be a little better though. Inside they have a treadmill, low weights and stretching belts to help with the different exercises. The massage tables & chairs ae well spaced out for the Rona limits, and the therapists are masked. As far as the treatments, the little shocks from one of them machines combined with the hot packs definitely help achy and tired muscles, to the point I was able to finish and get back to regular gym exercises before completing the total ordered by my doctor.

From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The therapists are knowledgeable and truly take the time to explain things not just to patients but also to students like me. You can tell they care about getting people better, not just going through the motions. Management runs the clinic really well. Everything is organized, and the environment feels positive and efficient. There's a strong sense of teamwork between everyone, which makes the whole place feel like a family. They handle scheduling and patient flow smoothly, and you always see someone checking in to make sure everything's running right. The patients also bring a great energy to the clinic. Many of them come in with tough injuries, but they stay motivated and seem to really trust the staff. Watching them make progress over time has been one of the most inspiring parts of being here.
