When I arrived for my appointment there were seven people there with two therapists running back and forth to different people. During my evaluation I told them I injured myself bike riding after surgery and the first thing they did was stick me on an exercise bike, which I got off of. Despite my better judgement I went back for another session. There was one therapist for six patients. The exercises they gave me caused a great deal of pain. I left and never went back. They never even called to ask me why.
