If you want staff to literally be screaming at children then this is the place to go. I couldn't believe the attitude of two different staff members just screaming at children. When I picked my kids up they said they used to love going here but the staff members were so mean they never want to go back. I've taken my dog to daycare where the staff was nicer and more kind. This place should be ashamed of themselves. I even mentioned it to the girl working the front desk and she seemed like she could care less. We will never go back. read more

I cannot recommend KidsPark enough. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. My daughter suffers from a lot of separation anxiety due to being together 24/7 this past year. They have been so accommodating during this adjustment period. They literally can handle anything. We could not be more excited to start preschool with them this fall. Every time we go, my daughter gets more and more comfortable. Their patience is truly next level. I really could go on and on about how wonderful everyone is there. First time using this franchise and site and... forget how I feel, my KID absolutely LOVED IT. The staff didn't seem frazzled or stressed out, the kids were having a great time. It's a great, wide, clean space with lots of toys and activities to do. As soon as my daughter (who turned 2 last month) knew she had free reign to run free (about 15 minutes warming up to the place) she was gone before I even finished all the paperwork. #ByeMommy! I called about an hour into her stay there, worried that she might be worried about me, and the staff let me know she was happy, and was eating snack. Given that peace of mind, I ran to my office to squeeze in some weekend work.. When I came to pick her up, I could see her in the distance rolling around on the floor, playing with other kids, having a ball! She didn't even noticed I arrived! I dropped my daughter off at 1pm on and picked her up around 5:45 and paid a little over $30.. (plus a one time $20 registration fee since this was my first visit) TOTALLY WORTH IT. I will definitely definitely definitely be back. Definitely!!!! ------- Update! One year later! It's been a year since I first discovered and used this service.. and I'm am totally aware that at the time of the writing of this update, approximately a month ago, a kid was found wandering the parking lot. I will admit this infuriated me, HOWEVER I will saw this, THEY HANDLED AND RESPONDED TO THIS PROBLEM IN RECORD TIME AND WITH THE UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM AND TRANSPARENCY. And that to me matters a lot. I have dropped my kid off since, she still loves it, and so do I. Just like last year, my kid just turned a new year old - 3. I decided to HOST her BIRTHDAY PARTY here. Once again, they did not disappoint. Because the kids had free reign and plenty of running space, parents were able to relax and mingle without having to worry. KP assisted me with my theme, even provided related decorations. They provided face painting, juice, coffee, hot water for tea, a play activity, and a art activity. I was provided two party assistants who helped me decorate before the party, keep the party going on schedule, set up, clean up, and wrangle the kids. Every parent attendee got a coupon to the site. I had been wanting to check out KidsPark for a long time but couldn't get over the guilt of leaving my kids somewhere new- I'm a crazy person and utilize daycare but can't bring myself to use a babysitter that isn't family. Fast forward to now, after dropping off for a few hours one evening, my kids told me that not only do they like KidsPark, but they LOVE it! My 9 year old daughter had fun playing on the indoor playground, video games on the Xbox, watched movies, and had a dance party. My 4 year old son said he loved playing on the playground with new friends, dressing up, and watching movies. The whole process of signing up and checking in was super easy and Sidney was really sweet and welcoming which made me feel immediately at ease. The place looks and smells clean and security is in place with a doorbell, special entry code, and double doors to exit. I was thoroughly impressed and am so glad to have found an option for drop in childcare in our area!!! read more

My kids love it here !!! I have 2 year old twin boys and they don't want to leave . They have everything a child would want . There is a play zone , art area , music area and tons more . It's nice to have a place that you know your children are happy and well cared for . You could choose to bring your lunch or they will provide lunch at a small fee . For my first time dropping the kids off the women there were very patient and kind. When picking up my kids they were very informative about the activities they did. One of my kids spilled apple juice on their outfit and I had forgotten to pack a spare! But they used clothes donated by other mothers to redress them! What a save! I had a horrible feeling about this place. As I just saw on Fox news, a 2 year old was found wondering in the parking lot by Ashley furniture. Everytime i dropped off my son the place seemed understaffed, disorganized and out of control. It is extremely unsafe and i can see exactly how rhis happened. You need one person working just the door/ checking in and out kids. Then additional staff on the floor. Kids 2-12 are all running around crazy in the same area which is very easy for the older kids to run over the younger toddler. It was a good concept but very very poorly ran. I tried 3 times after 6pm and each day was the same. I will never bring my son back. The news article confirmed it all. You should be shut down! read more

We have been utilizing Kidspark since my daughter turned 2 almost 2 years ago. This is an excellent option for drop off daycare, you only pay by the hour! During weekday mornings they offer Buddy preschool which is when my daughter mainly attends. They offer many different learning activities and also crafts. She always comes home singing a new song and learning a new letter. She's made friends there and asks to go every day. The staff has been wonderful and extremely caring. This was my 2 yr old sons first experience at daycare & he absolutely loved it & cant wait to go back! He gets to socialize with other kids & play. He actually didn't want to leave. The girls that work there are very caring & security seems tight. My son only needs to go about once or twice a week while I'm at school so the late hours & price is great! Love. That's been my experience from start to finish. I was anticipating the opening of this location. Once they opened, I joined Shapes. Shapes does provide child care but I wanted to check out Kidspark also and give my 5 year old some variety when I'm at the gym. When I first came in to just check it out and find out about registration, Brittany was amazing. She was so nice and explained everything to us and engaged with my daughter as well. Today we came back for our first night. They serve snacks for free and lunch and dinner at a very small fee, as an option if your children are there during their lunch/dinner times. Today I opted to add dinner for my daughter since I was going to be at the gym at the exact time for dinner. Right when we walked in, my daughter was gone. When I came back a little over an hour later, she was still happy and playing. They did a craft during that time, she grabbed it and we were done. It was a seamless experience from our first step in the door and my 5 year old loved it! We will definitely be regulars!! read more

My 3 year old loves KidsPark! They have a ton of toys and different themed rooms. He always has a great time when we drop him off. He loves eating pizza on Friday nights and occasionally they will make milkshakes. Highly recommend! read more

Absolutely love this place! We've used them 4 times in the last 2 weeks and plan on enrolling our daughter full time in a couple of weeks.

My 2.5 year old daughter had a great time. KidsPark is clean and lots to do and all the kids seem very happy. The staff today was very friendly and communicative. Only drawback for me...the young lady who registered me yesterday (Saturday Sept 2nd at 11am) was rude and condescending, providing no information and speaking to me as though I was slow because I was unclear of the process. It was so unpleasant if I did not absolutely need the child care yesterday (which I did) I would have walked out. She said things like 'Oh she doesn't have socks?! I'll let it slide today but next time I wont let you stay'. Also someone below mentioned that a month ago their child was allowed to play while the parent filled out paper work. This woman literally pushed my child back from the entrance so other kids could go in 'No Not your turn yet sweetie, step back please so the other kids can come in'. Yet prolonged the registration process by taking other people ahead of us, stepping away from the front several times etc. In the end, I'm glad I didn't walk out because my daughter absolutely loved it and the staff there today (Sunday) were both incredibly sweet and helpful. The place is great but management should know that our first experience was not pleasant at all which is disconcerting when you are dropping your child off in someone care. read more

We've had great experiences at KidsPark every time so far. It's clean, has a great staff and location and my kids love it- there are tons of activities there and things for them to play with. They are always kept busy and even do cute arts and crafts. And it's also so affordable and they offer promotions to take advantage of. I can't believe this is the first place around here with this concept! I was so impressed that we just had my twins' 3rd birthday party there too. They took care of everything for us, we just had to choose a craft and activity for the kids to do, choose how much pizza we wanted (although you can bring in any type of food) and then they even decorated the place really cute for us. The staff led the party and we were stress-free! Most of our guests had not been to KidsPark yet and they were extremely impressed with it, many even signed up before they left the party. I really like it there, as do my kids of course, and hope to take advantage of its services for years to come! read more
