Here are the reasons I love KRK TOMBALL: 1. Open 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM 2. They serve/provide all the food (peanut free school as well) 3. 11 holidays off the entire year (our old program had 35 DAYS OFF from August to May!! ) 4. Open all year long/ no summer breaks 5. Within very close proximity of our home 6. Cameras 7. No car rider lines/just park - also no issues with pickup because parents all pickup kids at different times of the day 8. Tip top security (mirrored windows, fences that are shaded in, coded entry, etc.) 9. Procare app - they utilize this app for classroom transfers, bathroom breaks, nap times, what they are learning that day, incident reports if any (booboos and treatment), and fun pictures when they play outside. 10. The cost is worth everything they provide here - esp the peace of mind (we pay $285/week for a 2T toddler 5 days a week) 11. f you request off in advance they let you take the week off cost free for a vacation (after being there a year) 12. If you refer anyone to KRK they give you and the referral a week off of pay! I could probably come up with 20 more things about why I love this school. On top of having everything together, the staff genuinely seems to love their jobs and working with little ones as I never see much turnaround. No services, no resources, and no teaching has been provided. We were trying to be understanding of the circumstances and suggested the week to be prorated or potentially pay half tuition. The owners and director did not even address the families and are still demanding full pay. (Again, for no service being provided). We are extremely disappointed in KRK as they do not take into consideration the working families having to take off work (not getting paid) and still having to pay full price for no services being provided. How is it fair that working families do not get paid if we do not go to work, but your employees get full pay for doing absolutely nothing for the week? Send your children somewhere else that CARES about family and your children.

They have an app that shows you when your child was last changed, the activities your child is doing and they also have cubbies with their photos on them it makes me feel relieved that he's in an environment that truly cares about his wellbeing and cares for his belongings. The daycare is on the pricier side however what you get at Kindercare is so much better compared to cheaper places. But Primrose crossroads cleans and sanitizes every night and has frequent deep cleans and germ measurements, so I do feel like our son was sick less often than children at other schools. This was our #1 by far. - Structure with flexibility. We knew every day what our child would be working on in class. And got pictures! The activities that they did were so fun for the kids and it was very evident to see where your supply fee goes. They also offer part time programs and were very accommodating when things came up and he needed to come on a different day than his "normal" - The menu. This may be usual for most parents, but our son ate food at daycare, he will not eat at home! So we loved that he was getting great nutrition while he was there. Our son went to Primrose crossroads for 8 months before we had twins and hired a nanny, which worked better for us in the short term financially. During our son's time at the daycare, we had nothing but positive experiences. The teachers & entire team are so fantastic (special shout out to Ms Mack, Jamie, Dani and Ms. Griffin!) They are all very genuine and truly seem to love working with the kids. Our son made huge progress in his learning and development during his time there, so to me, this speaks highly not only of the curriculum, but the quality of teachers as well. Primrose isn't the cheapest tuition, but because of the areas they were above average, we felt like their prices were well worth it for where our child spent so much time. It was the right choice for us!

All of the staff are unbelievably great people. Regardless of whether they are the child's main teacher(s), filling in from another classroom, a floating teacher, or an administrative role, they all take the time to get to know your child. Not even just know them but truly care about them. I cannot even count the number of times I've logged on to the cameras to find that a teacher is hugging my son, or making him laugh or just comforting him. They 100% treat these kids as if they are their own children and it's the most heartwarming thing to witness how much they love them. I'm not typically the sappiest person but it does make me a little sappy thinking about it. Cameras are accessible at any time throughout the day and as a parent it's so comforting seeing that your child is being cared for and so fun to see them interacting and playing with their peers. The staff goes out of their way to host seasonal family events and are always doing fun arts and crafts with the little ones as well as doing cute themed events for holidays and such. Diapers are changed very often, fragrance free wipes are provided, lunch and snacks are provided, and they have great hours as well as part time rates available. If an issue occurs they do their best to correct it. My son attended a popular franchised daycare prior, and while they did stay on top of basic care, there was no personal relationship there between the staff and children. At C2C you will really feel like you are dropping your child off with family members. It's not perfect of course but I believe it's as close to perfect as childcare can get. I was nervous, excited and cautious all at once; my son was in a previous daycare for 8 months before I decided to move him. During his time at the first daycare, my son did not cry not once, other than when tired or hungry. I was switching for the structure and curriculum as well as convenience. I decided on C2C for several reasons. C2C is around the corner from my oldest school and made it convenient for me to eventually move my oldest to the before & after school care. My husband would be able to help me with pick/drop off on days I am needed to work longer than expected and I wanted my 1 y/o to be surrounded by others his age and I wanted him to experience more for his developmental stage. I expected for my son to feel out of place and act shy around everyone at first but this was not the case. My son cried almost every day, rarely ate and looked distraught. I was curious to see how they would put him down to nap as he was never used to sleeping on a matt so I logged on and watched. The main teacher, Ms. Yesenia essentially flipped and slammed my child onto the matt and covered him, she did the same to other kids. And this happened EVERY SINGLE DAY he was there! I then begin to record and watch the camera to see how my child was being treated. One day during nap time, most of the babies were awake expect for 3, my son was one of the 3. She begins to pick up all the matts and when she got to my son's matt she picked up the matt from underneath him and rolled him off the matt without hesitating. My son rolled onto a sitting position and looked confused! This was NOT OKAY with me!! I decided to call Sally and express my concerns to her, I did not feel this sort of behavior was acceptable. Sally assured me that she would talk with Ms. Yesenia and review the footage. She communicated with Ms. Yesenia and the next day as I dropped my child off Ms. Yesenia gave me the cold shoulder and when I attempted to tell her about my son's meals, she would not even look at me, her energy was negative towards me. At this point, I decided to give her one more day, but the next day it was the same. At this point I brought it up to Sally and explained that this was not okay as my son is my priority and if I have a concern, Ms. Yesenia should not retaliate. My son was at this daycare for 8 solid days. During this time, my child lost weight. He was not given the attention during meal times like I asked of them and by the time I was picking him up he would have about 3-5oz of milk total. I began to feel very anxious every day, he would cry when I would drop him off and I was not getting a comfortable feeling from Ms. Yesenia. Both instances that I voiced my concerns to Sally, she relayed the message to Ms. Yesenia however, her behavior was being justified because she would not admit to the wrong doing and she "is" the best employee she's had. In return she took my concerns in a negative way and I felt she took them out on my son. My son was inadvertently telling me he was not happy at C2C. My son is a happy child; he cries for TWO reasons: hunger or tired. So, I pulled him out on Tuesday started him at another daycare on Wednesday and it was night and day. My son did not CRY AT ALL. My son ate ALL his foods, had 10oz of milk along with 6oz of water without refusing them. I watched the cameras all day Wednesday and not once did I see my son cry - so I made the right move! If your child is attending or will be attending the toddler program, beware of Ms. Yesenia. I feel that if she would have not been the teacher for my 1 y/o, we would still be at C2C. Being a parent is the hardest job on this planet but, if my child is showing me signs that he is not happy, I will act and defend my baby!

She's learned so much already and comes home excited about new things every day. Most concerning was the noticeable regression we experienced after enrolling. My child began picking up negative behaviors that were not present before, and we even experienced a setback in potty training -- something that had already been successfully established. Watching your child move backward emotionally and developmentally is incredibly upsetting, and no parent should have to question whether an environment is contributing to that. When I brought concerns forward, I did not feel met with empathy or partnership. Communication from leadership felt dismissive and defensive, as though policies mattered more than the well-being of the children. I often left feeling unheard and uneasy rather than reassured. Childcare should feel like a trusted extension of your home -- a place where children are supported, guided, and cared for with patience and understanding. Instead, this experience felt cold and impersonal, and it took an emotional toll on our family. I carried constant anxiety, wondering what my child was being exposed to and how it was affecting them. I truly wanted this to be a positive experience, but it fell far short. I hope this school reflects deeply on how its environment, staffing, and leadership impact children during such critical developmental years. Everyone here is very attentive, responsive, mindful & caring. There is a "nanny cam" in all the rooms that's viewable on campus, the teachers & staff do a great job of keeping constant attendance, check-ins and activity logs (sometimes photos) are shared with parents thru a special app, and there seem to be excellent protocols in place for the children's safety & well being. (The one thing I wish they had is video cameras accessible to parents off-site. That would put me even more at ease.) We really love how Ms. Heyley treats the kids in her classroom like her own. She has such a big heart for what she does, and it shows. She often gives us one-on-one progress updates, and she goes over & beyond just being a teacher.
