When I brought this up, the owner was very transparent about her response times and what to expect throughout the planning process, which I appreciated. The owner ultimately delivered everything that was promised and even included a few thoughtful upgrades at no additional cost. The venue looked great, everything came together beautifully, and our guests had a wonderful time celebrating our son's first birthday. Planning a milestone event can be stressful, so communication is important, but I also believe it's important to acknowledge when someone follows through.
