Making a freaking bed 18k!!! That's the price of a boat! I even asked what that 10-11k price was on the laminated sheet on the bed and Annah, said oh no. That's not the price at all. When we told them we would like to return the mattress and frame in less than one week after having it, they said we couldn't return the frame which was 4k. Beware. These people are worse than used car salesmen. We found a split king nectar and sleep number with remote, cooling, massaging for 5k and 4k all in and with free financing. Mattress Firm on 23rd is a JOKE. There is a reason Annah has her awards on her desk. She's a sheister. And the Manager. Also a joke. Would not even give us her last name when we asked to speak with a regional mgr.
