My son's seizure medication was sent to this pharmacy days ago. The younger man immediately had an attitude, and claimed not to have the prescription. The doctor called to confirm it was in stock, and resent the prescription. The two older men began screaming at me that it was unavailable, so go to another pharmacy. I asked them why nobody called to tell me this, as I do not have consistent transportation...and they completely lost it. My son's doctor heard them screaming over the phone! I suddenly got a text that it was "too soon" to refill up this BRAND NEW prescription. What exactly is going on here?

Extremely unprofessional and should be cause for dismissal but I suspect CVS corporate support this behavior to cover up the fact their having financial issues this I know due to the lack of common medication in stock and then taking days to fill prescription. When my Dr orders a prescription he wants me to immediately start taking them and not a week later when CVS gets around to filling it. Disgraceful and unprofessional behavior and CVS needs to be looked at closely by the DEA. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
