Some issues that definitely need addressed:
1 - Their website lists their latest pick up time as 11:30pm for their rentals. I spoke with the owner, Nate who did not honor this and was told that it only applies for "large city events." Even though our event was smaller, it seems only fair that any event of any size should be given the same treatment. There is no disclaimer on the website that states this. In addition to this, I was told that the crew can't pick up past 8pm because of their age since a particular crew member was only 15 years old.
2 - The crew failed to properly set up our bouncer and it collapsed on the children that were inside. We had many frightened children and parents as a result, including myself since my child was inside and as the organizer of the event, it reduces my credibility in hiring a company that won't be dangerous for our children.
3 - We paid for a two day rental since they would not accommodate the 11:30pm pick up as stated on their website. For a two day rental, we didn't even get to keep the rentals for a full 24 hour period. I reached out to 2 separate contacts to ask about this. The main line has an employee that was VERY RUDE. I asked about having the rentals picked up closer to the 24 hour mark and I was simply told, "On our way,". Ridiculous.
4 - The snow cone machine was dirty when we received it. We had to clean it ourselves which was a headache as we were already very busy setting up. Not only was it dirty but it was missing a front window on it so the ice that we paid for kept flying out of it.
All I have to say is rent at your own risk! We won't be using them again, obviously and DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more
