When I saw that the temperatures might drop into the 40s, I reached out to Ace Party Rental three days before the party to see if they rented out patio heat lamps, as I didn't see them listed on their website. The woman on the phone was awesome. She said they did rent them out and that she'd check if they were available and send an invoice my way that day if they were, or call me if they weren't. Her communication was great and the process was super simple. I got a quote a few hours later and thought that they were reasonably priced considering they also do drop-off and pick-up (which went smoothly and was on time too). Thank you for saving the party! I had already checked several locations online and this site was easy to navigate, showing special packages and availability. I booked online and confirmed the delivery by phone. This is a small business that takes pride in customer service. I believe the owner is a young teacher at the Avon Schools. He and his helper (daughter?) were efficient, pleasant and prompt and had it up in less than 20 minutes. $160 for a day rental was very fair, in fact, I should have kept it another day for an extra $15 (did I mention adults up to 300lbs can jump?). I couldn't be more happy that I decided to find something to keep the kids 'occupied' while I ran around picking up after everyone.
