Needless to say we hired Frank to fix an issue we had which he agreed he (Frank) could do/fix in a speedy yet easy manner. He kept mentioning how small and easy the job was so we felt confident in our choice to use him. So, it was shocking when he screwed it up so handily. He didn't listen to what was wanted and while doing the work he ended up doing his own thing instead of what we wanted. When we addressed the issues with him he then angrily did half the work we agreed on in a sub-par manner while never completing what was to be done on the other end of the project. Angel ( the business owner ) took the time and care to make our floors look like new. We picked a darker color (Jacobean) and we loved the new look. He also did something called water popping which brought out the color and made it more intense and consistent. Angel is very dedicated and great at his profession. He is also a perfectionist and makes sure you are happy with the finished product. A few years later he placed floating floors in our kitchen over existing tiles.
