It took this company almost 7 weeks to complete our taxes. They had to file for an extension and didn't notify us. They didn't itemized are taxes like they were supposed to. They put that we sold our house (out of state) for almost $20,000 more than what we did sell it for. Which almost caused us to have to pay Capital Gains taxes on $34,000. They charged us over $400 to do our taxes and they were done wrong. And they never even filed them because I immediately noticed some minor mistakes when I went to picked them up. And of course no one was available to answer any of my questions. And the owner Randy Woodruff refused to give us a refund after he agreed the day before that I could pick up a refund check the next day. I am working with my bank to get our $$ back. We sent the taxes Randy Woodruff supposably completed to our CPA out of state. Our CPA discovered several issues with the taxes Randy Woodruff completed. And had to completely redo our taxes in less than a weeks time. And the cost was under $200. Stay away from this company or you will be sorry.

I have renters and car insurance with them. I have never really needed them for anything with my car or my home. Over a period of 3 years did need them six times that's two times a year for an old car with 205,000 on it. That's only two times a year 3 times was for tires. The one time I blew out a tire and had to have mini tire spare put on. It was flat. I asked the guy that came to service it if he had an air guage and he said I'm sorry but no. Isn't that crazy? Then I asked you do have a compressor right? He said no not on this truck. This guy comes to help with tires and doesn't have a guage or a compressor. Luck would have it that I have a littlel compressor. He ended up leaving Without being much help at all. The only other time I used the roadside assistance with State Farm was for lockouts which were very quick and easy. They sent me a letter a few months ago telling me they were dropping the roadside assistance. I was curious. What is even worse is they notified all the other car insurance companies. Because of them doing that I'm not able to get a better rate otherwise I would leave State Farm!!! If you need insurance don't go with them they really suck big time!!!!!!

It is now April 8 approximately six days before tax deadline and we have yet to receive our taxes even though they were relatively simple to do. I have called repeatedly to find out when I can expect to receive my taxes for filing, but even though I have left my name and number with the receptionist, have not received any phone calls whatsoever from any anyone in this firm. I must say that I am very disappointed in the handling of my affairs and I will contact them again this date and advised that if they have not finished my taxes I will request that they be given back to me so I can take it to someone who can finish my tax return before the deadline. I don't know if I have upset them to the point where they will not return my calls even though that would be very unprofessional on their part but nonetheless, I need my taxes finished and filed. It is now quite obvious that they will not complete this task prior to the deadline, which will require that they file a request for extension, even though they've had, as stated above, my taxes now for 10 weeks.
