I have renters and car insurance with them. I have never really needed them for anything with my car or my home. Over a period of 3 years did need them six times that's two times a year for an old car with 205,000 on it. That's only two times a year 3 times was for tires. The one time I blew out a tire and had to have mini tire spare put on. It was flat. I asked the guy that came to service it if he had an air guage and he said I'm sorry but no. Isn't that crazy? Then I asked you do have a compressor right? He said no not on this truck. This guy comes to help with tires and doesn't have a guage or a compressor. Luck would have it that I have a littlel compressor. He ended up leaving Without being much help at all. The only other time I used the roadside assistance with State Farm was for lockouts which were very quick and easy. They sent me a letter a few months ago telling me they were dropping the roadside assistance. I was curious. What is even worse is they notified all the other car insurance companies. Because of them doing that I'm not able to get a better rate otherwise I would leave State Farm!!! If you need insurance don't go with them they really suck big time!!!!!!

They refuse to insure any asset with a title in the trust name, even if you provide a Certificate of Trust. Have your home in your Living Trust name, so as to avoid probate court, forget about Allstate. Same with your cars, and all your other assets. They want your bank account information, which is in the Trust Name, but then won't insure you. You're definitely NOT IN GOOD HANDS with Allstate.
