I drove up the road to Müv and they sold me what Ayr refused to. When I bluffed the Ayr employee to call the cops over $3.00 she chose to press the silent alarm (the one you press if you're being held at gun point) and so she obliged me to call on my behalf as well. Crazy right? They were clearly having a bad day, the short haired lead that lied to my face about the store manager being in the store; they were clearly looking for confrontation whilst the store manager listened from the back office and did absolutely nothing. Pathetic. The lawn gnome store manager only showed his face when I was already on the phone with police, only then was the lead explaining to him what happened. Not once did he try to deescalate nor even get involved. This store is run like an absolute circus and you should absolutely not waste your time here. Müv has similar deals and absolutely better product. Don't waste your time with Ayr and their derelict staff of clowns. I will never look in their direction let alone step in their store. I will also never acknowledge any attempt Ayr may make to remedy this because I refuse to deal with adults who comport themselves like bratty children. Unless Ayr corporate personally emails me that the entire store was restaffed, then this store is an absolute wasteland undeserving of your business.
