Terrible trimming service, they destroyed my flower beds underneath my tree and didnt bother to protect them. I called them regarding this and they do not care and said that is expected to happen. the dead branches won't be picked up until few days later which is still on top of all my flowers which is going to die. (this was done on Wednesday and it took them 8 days later to pick up the dead branches which was next Thursday) i've also spoke with the estimater prior and asked him besides trimming the dead branches, if he could also cut higher up so you could see the house more and he said no problem and won't be any extra. after my tree was cut, it was not high enough and i've called them and the owner got on the phone and she told me there will be extra charges, however the estimater said it was fine. get your tree trimmed elsewhere! read more

I've used them in the past with OK results. BUT ... they seem very rushed. They do a lot of City work so maybe they don't care about the little guy. I wanted to be able to talk to an arborist about my job but no dice. You just have to hope you see the quote guy when he steps on your property. They are into quick business. Tell 'em what to cut down and they'll do it. Don't ask for much more than that. UPDATE: Just used them again and it was awful. They cut down 2 trees as directed but left half the tree in the neighbour's yard. They still haven't returned to clean up any of the branches and stumps. Why cut on one day, leave branches and debris on other property too, with no intent to return for 5 days? They are completely unapologetic too. read more

Sadly, they cut down the WRONG TREES, took three weeks to the day to clean up after themselves, and then refused to take responsibility for the damage they did to my back yard. The office staff were initially fine... but changed. They refused to accept that they made a mistake - then hung up the phone on me - then phoned back to yell remarks at me like "I wanna take you to court so you'd lose". Nice. I'm out the value of a 40 year old tree, have no shade or privacy and they threaten to take ME to court. My advice, buy a chain saw and cut down your own trees. read more

I was very happy with their service..from the time they came and did the estimate to the time the job was complete was 4 days...it was a very difficult and huge tree to get to, they removed it with no damage and the next day they came and cleaned it all up, the cost to remove it was extremely reasonable. Everyone I dealt with, from the office people to the workers were all professional and easy to deal with...would definitely use them again! read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. we had requested our spruce tree to be cut down and stump removed. They had cut the tree, left all the branches and logs on the lawn same day. They came back 3x that week to look at the job and left each time without speaking to us or leaving a note. When we called the manager, we were treated very poorly, the woman was extremely rude and disrespectful and was yelling at us saying she didn't have time for us and the job will be done. We asked for a date on when the job would be completed and she didn't provide one. She hung up on us. We were taken back by the poor service and the rude woman on the phone. poor customer service and they are obviously not able to handle big jobs. A job that should have taken one day to complete, has now been 7 days and counting. We have the branches and logs still on our front lawn. This company will be reported to the BBB. My mother used these guys(this was years ago), and because they left some debris in her yard(more like big logs), she asked for them to come back and move them. She wasn't saying she wouldn't pay, she just asked for them to finish the job first. What happened? Did they clean it up? Or even politely tell her they won't? No, the owner of the frickin company called her back on conference call with his managers and screamed at my mother(an older lady), using profanity and literally making her cry. He seems to have a major temper issue and knows NOTHING about customer service. Since then, all these year later I still have a "thing" against these people and tell everyone I know this story. Maybe this idiot will think twice about verbally abusing older ladies--who are supposedly customers he wants to retain in future--if he or one of his staff reads this. Probably one of these power-tripping dictator type of bosses who is used to people cringing under his abuse. Take my advice and don't hire these guys. Especially if you're an older lady as he may call you and bully you if you dare to say anything. Shoddy service mixed with TERRIBLE customer service. F for Failure. read more
