I had the HARDEST time finding someone to take this job (can't even give money away these days it seems)! I received a recommendation to contact Vital Impressions and I'm glad I did. They came out and tackled the job right away. Although they are able to do drywall work, Chris recommended another contractor specializing in drywall to complete the work (wanted to make sure it was done correctly). I was VERY impressed by this! As a "cherry on top," Chris returned after the drywall work was completed to paint the surface (matching the paint) at no additional charge! I highly recommend Vital Impressions. We were assigned two painters to start and both Day and Sherry worked effectively with a keen eye and attention to detail. Day was a hard-working, steady presence and answered all of my questions. Sherry was very meticulous to not just cut in and work on window trim, but make sure that the original wood stained baseboards and door frames stayed drip free. As impressed as I am by the workmanship (at a great price), I was especially impressed by their attitude. The men who pressure washed, caulked, painted, and did trimwork on my house always went above and beyond with a smile and the utmost courtesy. There were little details like, "We noticed some rust on the door here, so I treated it; that should take care of it," and "Your wood door downstairs was taking some sun-damage so I put a coat of polyurethane on it to protect it. You should consider doing that annually." They didn't nickel-and-dime me for any of it, but treated me and my home with respect. That's something you just don't see on an invoice.
