The dentist, Dr Damian, was thorough, gentle and extremely competent. His philosophy is to avoid drilling unless it's necessary, which is great! I had a sensitive spot on my tooth, which I was sure was a cavity. He took a photo (in addition to X-rays) and showed me that the sensitive spot was due to the fact that I had brushed away the enamel on that tooth! He recommended an electric toothbrush so I didn't put too much pressure on that tooth. Also he polished down an old filling that was too bulky and made it hard to floss - for free! No other dentist had offered to do that for me. I was so pleased, I booked my daughter in (they have TVs on the ceilings and a children's specialist for cleanings). My husband will be going as well. Basically the dentist is fantastic, the equipment is brand new, they are well set up for kids, and they are very reasonably priced. And you don't have to be a Bupa member.

Half an hour later I had to ask..which tooth did you fix? To the next dentist I asked.. are you running on-time? The answer was yes. Twenty one minutes past my appointment, I walked out for the last time. They seem to have hearing problems.
