That woman gaslit me for years about the health of my hair. For context I have dark brown hair and wanted to go blonde. I did not know anything about hair as I was quite young, but when you go to a professional you except them to give you knowledge and explain what is good and bad for your hair. Sue allowed me to go platinum blonde for years. It was gorgeous I will admit. I loved my blonde hair, but a few years in I started to receive comments that my hair looked unhealthy from many people in my life except the only person who was a professional in regards to hair. I trusted her to tell me if I needed to stop bleaching it and began all of our sessions with "Is my hair still healthy and should I continue dying it" Every single time she said that my hair was perfectly healthy. Even when my hair began to fall out she told me it was still healthy. When I told her that my hair was falling out and I no longer felt it was healthy she changed what she had said and told me "I've told you for years that dying your hair would destroy it". I have never gone back and every stylist I've gone to since says they would never have dyed my hair blonde as it would make my hair fall out. My hair is still damaged almost two years later. Sue is a liar and should have been fired years ago.

I went into the store today to use my store credit to purchase some lashes, Nas was being very nasty and rude and accused me of using the store credit already, which I hadn't!!! I asked him if he was going to keep my money and the tripod, he goes on to say, I'm going to give you your tripod and we will no longer do business with you!!!! BE CAREFUL...as basic customer service skills were ignored: 1) Chase may all of a sudden decide you are 'not a fit' as a client and not return texts requesting an appointment. I had to leave multiple texts over a 2-week period until Chase finally called me back. Customers would appreciate immediate direct feedback; just text/call them back and tell them directly-don't avoid hoping they won't call back. Oh and don't lie saying, 'I never got your text.' 2) Don't ask Chase too many questions about color or any other services you may want provided. I was told, 'You need to trust me'. Last time I checked, hair stylists are in the customer service business....questions are to be expected. 3) Finally, attempts to provide feedback about the above were rebuffed. Not having had the time to find a new stylist, I asked for one final haircut before I moved on, that request too, was ignored.
