I'm greeted with a smile every time I walk in and am comfy everywhere from the waiting area to the styling chair. I see Jasmine for my haircuts and she is a ray of sunshine. She is so sweet, attentive, and talented at what she does. Every time I come in, I feel 100% with the haircut and how she styles my hair. The products smell amazing! She never mentioned that my hair was not capable of getting to the color from the inspo pics I showed her until after the process was complete and my hair was dry. I just would've appreciated knowing upfront that she didn't think she could achieve the color on my hair. I was counting on her professional advice. Afterwards the stylist made rude and inappropriate comments including " you're straight trash" "you're brain dead" "When you get a job in your life , then we can talk. Commissary.don't cut it. Good luck Circus clown", also ones that were racist " welcome to America" " Girl your features .. you're dark lol" and completely out of line like "you're a fucking idiot". I was shocked, but I still tried to keep things civil and give her the benefit of the doubt. After everything, she promised to refund me for the appointment, but never followed through. I gave her multiple chances to make things right, but she chose not to. I was nothing but kind, and I definitely didn't deserve to be treated this way. No one should ever be made to feel disrespected or uncomfortable in a place that's supposed to make you feel confident and cared for. I'm posting this because people deserve to know the truth before trusting this salon with their time, money, or energy.
