They were provided with all the proper information to do our taxes right and guess what. They screwed them up. So last year I get that dreaded letter from the IRS. I owe over $2,500 because these people messed up. About 6 months ago I start talking with the lady there and she can't even get ahold of the people they use to file taxes through. So I wait patiently until now and she decides to point out that I got money back that wasn't mine. Really? I freaking know that! That's why I now owe money. Then she says she doesn't know what they will do. Maybe file an amendment. I should not have been nice and understanding and should have said between them and whatever messed up online company they used, someone owes me over $2,500. So, we'll see what she says, if she calls me back tomorrow as promised. And guess what? They aren't filing taxes for people this year! I wonder why. I wouldn't even get insurance through them!
