No matter how many times I complained and went back to have it fixed, she made it worse. This was about the time I decided to find another salon when Sara called me and informed me Cheyenne quit. Sara was my second stylist, and what a big mistake that was. I brought in pictures and clearly and concisely made her aware that I was originally a red head. She would have to be extremely careful with base colors as being an original red head, my hair pulls red, and the base colors will have a glowing brassy tone if not addressed properly. (As a side note: I am older, and my hair has become white and grey, and I'm dying it at home a medium blonde color.) Sara did not listen to me at all. After she washed my hair, it was bright orange. She informed me it was the bad lighting in the salon. My hair was supposed to be a blonde color, not orange. How can bad lighting make your hair look orange? Cope out excuse!!! After she dried my hair, my roots and around my face were a glowing orange brassy color. Let me state clearly that the lighting in the salon is not bad it is horrific. After going outside my base color and all around, my face was an extremely bright glowing orange brassy color. Obnoxious!!! Later that day, when my two brothers saw my hair, and their comment was; "WTF." My brothers both worn me as did my friends that going to a stylist would be a mistake and they liked the medium blonde color I was dying my hair. They stated my hair had beautiful definition with lowlights and highlights. I found out the hard way and expensive way they were all more than accurate!!! When I washed my hair at home, it was a bronze color when it was wet. What an utter disaster! I used two different shampoos and one additional product to strip the orange brassy color out of my hair. I spent over $300 for a complete "F UP." I can dye my hair at home for $11. Bottomline, what was most upsetting to me was that Sara promoted herself as a qualified and knowledgeable stylist with years of experience and even her apprenticeship to become a stylist. She told me I could trust her - that in itself was a huge mistake!!! Needless to say, her carefree and less than concerning attitude over the disasterous color of my hair was very upsetting and spoke volumes about her as a stylist. At the beginning, Darlene felt that Meg did not understand. She should have stopped there! But meg insisted she new what she wanted. Fast forward 2 hours, Darlene was presented her new cut and color. It was NOT what was discussed or agreed too. Now, my aunt is old school and refused to pay. The police where called. My aunt stayed in the parking lot to wait for police. Once police arrived the matter was settled and my aunt paid the bill. Now, for the dirty details. First, when my aunt paid, Meg, inflated the prices originally quoted. She took it upon herself to put a tip into the price. A very nice tip, mind you for a cut and color she knew the customer was not happy with! Now for the cut, it is a hot mess! I have pictures attached for how messed up the cut is! One side is clearly completely off in angle and no symmetry what so ever!!! Also, the length is way more than what was discussed. Meg cut a good 3 inches off. Now for The color, I personally like the color job she did. However, it is not the depth of color my aunt wanted. She wanted visible color variation of platinum blond and browns. As you can see in the pic it is not a dramatic color variation at all. All in all, Meg did not listen to her client! She was combative and defensive! She obviously has had issues with clients before. I would not recommend this stylist or salon. They have no respect for there clients well being. They have no respect for the profession they chose. Don't be a stylist if you can't deal with the clients!

I…read moremade THE worst decision of box dying my hair several times because mid-life crisis I ruined my hair and was so shameful to call my girl Bobo to let her know I was ready to go back to the old me. As you can see from my previous review, my hair was amazing once Bobo did her magic and I ruined it. I knew I could not trust just anyone to bring back to blonder me. I made the call and was honest about the box dye. Bobo was also very honest and let me know that she would do the best she could but mostly importantly she wanted to make sure my hair would not be damaged. She truly cares about your hair and wants to make sure you still get as close to what you want. I'll be honest I was scared the box dye would come out during the bleaching process and make it impossible to look nice. However Bobo knows exactly what to do and worked her magic. Look how amazing it looks so cute full of dimension and full of colors. I mean it, give Bobo a chance to show you what she can do. I could never, ever go to anyone else. Ever.
