Another Korean restaurant worth every visit in Marikina!!! They have unlimited banchan and cheap Korean ice cream! I've dined here twice already, and here are the dishes that I've already tried:
Ramyun: one big bowl of spicy noodles with egg and lots of vegetables! It's good for sharing, but the soup may be too much. I love the texture of the noodles - smooth and chewy!
Kimbap: one can choose among 3 variants - ham, tuna, or mixed. I've tried the last one, and it's so good! It has a nice salty taste that goes well with the rice and other fillings!
Bibimbap: this is the least one I enjoyed so far... I found the serving size too small for its price, plus the taste is just meh. Not as flavorful as other bibimbap's I've tried.
Dakgalbi: BBQ chicken that's so good, my sister ate this more than I did! I'm not a big fan of anything BBQ, but this one has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, with no little or no hint of bitterness. This already comes with a few pieces of fresh lettuce.
Samgyupsal: at P230 or a bit more (I've forgotten exactly how much), this is okay, but knowing that there's another Marikina Korean restaurant that offers unlimited samgyupsal for only P290, I'd rather go to the latter to get my fix.
The drinks they have are limited to canned juices and sodas, but they do have in-house cool barley tea, which is simple yet refreshing. End your meal with Korean ice cream; selections include Melona variants, Encho, and Samanco. The place has is also relaxing and is good for groups. read more
