However, she could be very helpful in finding vendors that would meet your needs if you need that. In the few weeks leading up to the day Dawn made contact with all our vendors and got timeline information from them as what to expect on the wedding day. Months before the wedding she met with my daughter and got to know her and what she wanted for her special day! I think one of the most important things she did for me, the Mom, was to reassure me that everything would go smoothly. On the day of the wedding she was amazingly helpful in getting all the people in the right places at the right times. She had wonderful suggestions on positioning of the bridal party for the best view by all those attending the ceremony. I also had three elderly grandparents that she made sure was comfortable until their time to be escorted in. At the reception she spoke with and got to know all the vendors. She set up escort cards, had favors arranged for the guest, took care of the gift table and helped guest find their tables. She kept everything going to the timeline we needed to follow during the reception. At the end of the night all the gifts were taken to my room and she let me know what I would need to gather after it was over. She truly made my evening relaxing as well as the bride and groom! I would highly recommend Dawn in any aspect of the planning of your wedding!

We attended the Noon years eve event at the children's museum today. A Mile of Smiles was there…read moredoing glitter tattoos and balloon animals, swords etc. we stood in line for the tattoos first and then joined the very long line for balloons. The 2 doing the tattoos were absolutely wonderful! They're excellent with kids and so patient. We waited for over an hour in line for balloons and my kids were especially excited because the balloons they saw were better than others they've gotten elsewhere. I honestly couldn't believe they had such great balloons at a free event! She is very talented. My 4yo was especially excited and did an excellent job waiting in line. Gold is his favorite color and he couldn't believe she had golden balloons! When it came his turn she asked what he wanted but didn't give him the chance to respond (less than a second) before saying "alright Mom, what does he want?" I deferred back to him so he could respond. He did. She didn't fill his balloon up all the way and just decided to let it go. (I get it... it's fine, it's a free balloon) it was already shorter than the others she had made but he's a little guy so I encouraged him by saying "it's just your size!" to try and help out. He wasn't convinced. Then she proceeded to make him the same sword he's always gotten other places. He was devastated. She just sloughed it off and said she had to move along so she's making the faster swords. Fine. I get that. I'll talk to my son. Again, he's 4, stood in line very well for about an hour and was just crushed. We talked him through it. He recovered but then saw that the kid just behind him got the better sword he had stood in line for. I was at a loss for words. If that's all it was, I would not be writing this review. I would have just parented him through it and moved on. However, as we were standing there waiting for the balloons of my other kids to be made she started laughing at all the people in line. She said that if the line is too long when it's time for her to go, she just goes to the bathroom and doesn't come back. She kept laughing and saying stuff like "they're in a long line, they should know better." And on and on. I can talk to my kid and I can help him through his disappointment but her attitude makes it really hard to explain to my kid why. I took a picture of her information because I was so impressed with her work in the beginning but with the attitude she had around kids, it left me with enough of a bad taste in my mouth to share with others. I'm not sure what happened at the end, we weren't there for it. They were free balloons and were thankful for them but with the way she laughed and carried on, I decided to not keep her in mind for any future events we may have.

He was very professional, but fun at the same time (He laughed at every corny joke I threw his way.) Most importantly, I absolutely loved my caricature. Carlos is phenomenal at what he does.
