I arranged a consultation over the phone 2 weeks ago and was looking forward to attending this appointment today. just a few hours before leaving for my visit, I got a call from the receptionist saying if I didn't pre-pay my consultation visit within one hour they would have to cancel my visit. For a $50 fee that was never mentioned and would have been no problem if handled properly, this company lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. So unprofessional. They need lessons in customer service desperately.
