I have trusted this practice and continued coming back, but I feel that the prices have increased significantly and are now simply too expensive. Before my treatment, Stefanie herself told me that the Botox was going to be very inexpensive, so I felt comfortable moving forward. I certainly did not expect to be charged $810. $810 for Botox is very expensive and, in my opinion, is absolutely not what anyone would consider "inexpensive." What is even more concerning is that Stefanie herself told me that I did not need that much Botox. If I did not need that much, I do not understand why I was charged $810 for the treatment. As an existing patient, I feel very disappointed and honestly feel that I was overcharged. I believe patients deserve clear, upfront pricing and honest recommendations based on what they actually need--not treatment beyond what is necessary. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously. I have been a loyal patient, but this experience has definitely changed how I feel about returning.

As expected, a side effect is weight gain that I couldn't shake off with diet. I had pronounced weight excess in the lower abdomen. Dr Schneider delicately and skillfully changed that totally. I cannot believe I actually look good in the mirror, can actually wear fitted jeans and tighter fitting shirts...and actually look appealing in them. The perception people have of me is now much more to my liking. Medically, I no longer have body excess pressing down on my bladder which greatly helps continence issues. TWELVE DAYS LATER Walgreens pharmacy called saying he had a script to pick up! It was 500mg amoxicillin which he should have been taking immediately following the procedure. A dry socket occurred and he returned three consecutive days to the surgeon where assistances syringed & repacked the site. The third day an actual doctor showed up and again repacked the hole... never once did they ask if he was taking his med's or give him any advise to relieve the pain. Both the oral surgeon and pharmacy were negligent. There was a great chance of an infection and/or sepsis could have occurred. My husband has a stint in his heart so if either occurred it could have been fatal. The staff at this office (especially the doctors) did not in my opinion provide proper care or instructions following this procedure. He's now taking the antibiotic he should have been taking and hopefully will heal and feel better soon. Negligence and unconcerned doctors could have cost a life!

They assured me that there was a 98% chance the nerve would heal. I get that there's nothing they could do but I really felt dismissed. Long story short I had to have ulnar nerve release surgery on July 10. My pinky is still numb and only has 20% of its strength. Surgeon said it will probably be a year before it's full strength again. My arms look better but around my elbows is still very swollen and sore. To be fair they said it could take up to a year. I'm older and I'm sure that doesn't help. Just wanted to share my experience. Based on reviews I'm in the minority. Hope you have better results.
