Had to make the safe decision of turning back for the time being, but they tightened up my steering box, tightened up my wheels to torque spec, and aligned my truck two or three times. This company stepped up, went out and got them, their bus and their trailer and brought everyone to their shop, and repairs are underway right now. Beaver and David went above and beyond to order our tire ASAP and came out to to our motel (Best Western Plus-actually a very pleasant place to stay and dog friendly) to change the tire and waited for us to check-out to have us follow him back to the shop and have the tire balanced.
