They do have cute items, but it is pricey. The young lady working there August 9th was not friendly. While my mother attempted to purchase a ring, I was standing to the side looking at the jewelry. The girl spent her time watching me as though I was stealing. I didn't touch the jewelry. My mother called her out and was able to make her purchase, which she regretted. Molly, our sales woman, was attentive and I thought I had a definite idea of what I wanted, but she encouraged me to try several different styles to make sure. I must have tried on close to 15 gowns, which felt like a lot! I ended up loving the first one I tried on, even though it was one that I wouldn't have chosen. It was the Maggie Sottero Kirby dress in blush and it was just lovely. I am going to wait to finalize my wedding venue before I buy the dress, but if I do decide on the Kirby I will definitely make sure to order it from Hart's. They have the dresses sent to the store where they steam them and then they will mail them for free anywhere in the U.S. One of the best parts of the appointment was that we were the only ones there trying on dresses. Molly mentioned that it had been really busy earlier in the day so I would suggest calling ahead and asking when they don't have as many appointments so you don't feel crowded.

I was told that on the purchase agreement it clearly stated that returns would be given store credit. Yes, the purchase agreement does say that. However, I was never asked to fill one out or sign one. The return policy is not on the website, receipt or posted anywhere in the store. I was told that "Albertson's doesn't require everyone to fill out a purchase form.... We are as busy as they are." WHAT are you crazy???? The women in the store gave me a phone number for the owner. Turns out the number was for another store. Not the owners number. The lady on the phone, at the other store, gave me the owners cell phone number. I was told by the women in the Casper store that the owner could not be reached because she was skiing in Montana. Well, I called her anyway. Amazingly enough , she answered the phone. Deb, the owner, was extremely professional and nice. She asked if the dress had been worn. I told her it never even left the bag that it was put in when I bought it. Going through my closets I found a lot of things that I had never worn and never will due to a change in my work environment. So I contacted them and they gave me their parameters for consignment. Ten items, once a week. Sounds good. I took my things in and Shannon and Jennifer could not have been nicer! So professional and friendly. And they took every one of the things I brought in! What a nice experience in every single way. I really think if you follow their guidelines, bring in nice items that are appropriate to the season, that you will be happily surprised.
