As with most shops like this, one cannot predict what might be found; which makes it a great option for the "hunt". We found some fabric, crochet/knitting needles, etc.; and an amazing Royal Worcester pitcher, at a truly wonderful price (the joy and sadness of many people no longer appreciating this type of artistry). All and all; definitely a place we would revisit, if again in the area.

Its bizarre in there, with floor to ceiling stacks of very strange thrift store items. But that's the beauty of it. I've bought vinyl, sweet funky jewelry, vintage greeting cards, wirstlet fanny packs, tablecloths, amazing/cheap dishes, pins, figurines. Its full of dingy musty sights and smells. And a crapton of things that make you cry out "WHY??!" Another cool thing about This-N-That is that the owner is a whiz at timepieces. He's got cuckoo clocks and other neat things, and I think he'll repair your watch or clock! He also prices things with a sharpie.

Going through my closets I found a lot of things that I had never worn and never will due to a change in my work environment. So I contacted them and they gave me their parameters for consignment. Ten items, once a week. Sounds good. I took my things in and Shannon and Jennifer could not have been nicer! So professional and friendly. And they took every one of the things I brought in! What a nice experience in every single way. I really think if you follow their guidelines, bring in nice items that are appropriate to the season, that you will be happily surprised. They run a daily special and have a pretty turn around of items. Bring a truck you might need it. :) You need to furnish a house, apartment or just a room, this is your place.
