Worst customer service ever. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and they delivered them a week early. Called to see what could be done. Would not even give me a partial store credit. Said they would take my friend a single bud rose on her birthday. Really? Whatever happened to the customer being right. It's all about the money. Sad, but true. read more

Poor customer service. I ordered a PREMIUM arrangement from their direct website (not a site like 1-800-flowers) to be sent to a funeral. Although I wasn't able to attend the funeral, my family was there and provided me with pictures of the arrangement that was sent. The arrangement was less than PREMIUM. I paid more than $80 for an arrangement I could have gone to Food City and paid $25 for. I wouldn't have paid $80 for an arrangement from a florist in the major metropolitan area I live in; they wouldn't have even charged that much and things usually cost more in a city. I even contact Kim's in attempt to resolve the issue, they told me they would have to pull the order and call me back, well it has been 5 days and still no call. This isn't the first issue I've had with them, but with limited resources in Richlands, there isn't many choices in which business to use. I guess that's why they feel they can treat their customers the way they can. On a side note, my sister purchased an arrangement and a figurine from a florist in Wardell, with the arrangement being 3x the size as the one that Kim's prepared, and only paid $65. read more

We ordered flowers for our daughter's 21st birthday. Kim done an amazing job with the bouquet. They were the most gorgeous pink roses (our daughter's favorite)! They were delivered when we asked making it a huge surprise. Thanks for a great job and helping us pull off a wonderful surprise. read more
