This Ross, however, has a limited inventory. There were only a few pots and pans and nothing we wanted. I walked through some of the other areas and found the same thing. I'm sure I'll try again when looking for other things and hope I find more inventory. Maybe they had a run on their stock and were sold out of many things. Let's hope! I will revise my review then.

Whatever money you might save at this location, it costs you in the most precious resource on the planet--your time. Every single time I shop here, they only operate 1 register out of the 6 available. To add insult to injury, there are always plenty of employees on the floor, yet management lets customers languish in never-ending lines. I've officially stopped shopping here; my time is far too valuable to waste waiting around to pay.

I went into the store and the signs are a bit misleading bc it shows one price as a sale price but then you are required to buy at least three items in most cases to get that price. It is the only department store in town so I do check here often. The store is clean and I was greeted immediately upon entering. This store doesn't have a big inventory. They still have some nice clothes but kitchenware is almost bare, bedding is ok but they didn't have tablecloths. I wish this store would have more inventory so I could shop here more often. I would definitely support them. They also could use more staff. I tried something on and never saw any staff near the fitting room. Sadly, I had to give them a (generous) 3.

I had only been to Big Lots a couple times decades ago back East and I want impressed. Friends…read moreneeded to stop when we were out and we went in to check it out. Big Lots is not the junk store anymore. It has nice snacks, organization item (and not just garbage plastic either) health and beauty, decor and furniture. I bought some snack foods like unsweetened coconut chips and dried mulberry and goji berries. They were good and I've been back since and got more. I also found some garden fairies to add to my garden. I didn't think I would find them up here but they have many kinds of fairies and settings. I am very happy we stopped in. They have much nicer things than I expected. I will definitely be back and recommend Big Lots!

I went their today, bought several drinks and a pair…read moreof $7 reading glasses which I asked to let me put in my pocket after the cashier scanned them, it was the manager, I believe, whose name was Warren, I think. He said sure and we went about our business. When I got home the glasses were no longer in my pocket. I searched my cat, asked my neighbors if maybe they were over there since I had stopped at their house for a few before going to my home and they weren't there, either. I called and asked Warren if he could look in the lot or by the registers and he said they weren't there, either. That was my last $7 and so I asked Warren if I could grab another pair and he laughed in my face and basically said that's my loss not his. Well, Warren, that's where you're wrong, because it is your loss. You don't have enough business out here in WML as it is, to where you can afford to be laughing in customers faces and making them feel like grifters, I fought for this country and am currently disabled because of it, I don't need to steal a $7 pair of freaking reading glasses. I'll be driving to town from now on, screw the fact that they're convenient because they know nothing of customer service. I have a nice long resume in retail management as well, Warren, and anyplace I have ever worked would've eaten the $7 to keep a customer happy. I'm sure you'll realize that when all your customers are gone and this Dollar General has to board up, too.
