So today me and my friend went to get our nails done my friend goes here a lot (not me ) We went in for pedicures and I wanted a full set plus pedicure.. But what I got was rude customer service so here's the break down ! First pic is unfinished nails (why ?) The thumb nail was to small she didn't have a size to fit ( not my fault I don't place orders for this company ) So instead of taking off the nail she left them on me and rudely told me that she can't service me and told me to go to the pedicure bowl This is where it gets worse I sat at the bowl for like 3 mins feet in cold water trying not to complain seeing that I didn't approve the thumb nail. Kim is EXTREMELY rude! She seems to think it's okay to raise her voice at clients. There is a sign that says walk-ins are welcome but then she yells at you tonhurry up because you're just a walk-in if you ask a question about service. Also- the price charged never seems to match the prices posted. I went here Monday June 22, 2020. Today is june 24, 2020. I paid $56.71 for a full set. While the man was doing my nails I noticed he was putting a very small amount of acrylic on my nails. I basically begged him to add a thicker coat. I've never seen acrylic look as thin as these. He insisted that they were thick enough. I told him not to polish them because I figured something was wrong with his skills and didnt wanna do too much damage. I also didn't want to cause a scene. I paid and left. The very next day my nail goes flying off just from picking up a cup at work. I go back Wednesday (today) for a repair and another layer of acrylic so that all my other nails wont go popping off due to not having enough acrylic on them. He tells me I will need to pay 10 more dollars for more acrylic, tells me It's my fault my nail broke not his. This place is the worse nail salon I've ever been to. The level of unprofessionalism is sickening. Not to mention the rude woman who tried to curse me out on the phone when I asked how long the wait would be. Please save yourself the hassle and stay away from this shop. I think everyone who works there should take some more classes on how to do nails and how to treat customers. Just really experienced the most rude encounter. I'm just relocating home from Tampa. The nail establishments there are friendly, and accommodating. I've been searching for someone to do Ombré French, I figured I'd ask if they provide this service. When I asked I was rudely answered by I'm assuming Kim, from the other reviews I've seen. To a potential client coming through the door, she actually told me to "google" with attitude. Suggestion, if you don't want to accommodate your potential clientele you can at least service them with a smile. It's free!!! She could even invested in the product to obtain the supply for the demand. I have to say Cleveland has the worst customer service for serving clients that pay their hard earned money. When I say this was by far the worst experience I've encountered in a very long time. so much that I downloaded this app just to tell my experience. When I sat down I wasn't greeted but instead she (Kim) screamed prices at me and assumed I couldn't afford the service I inquired. She was very rude and I guess it was because I wasn't a regular. I'm only saying this because another young lady came and she was friendly and nice and they talked as if the were familiar with each other . I paid 92.00 for a pedicure and it was terrible my nail are uneven just a rushed job!! I called my self going out the neighborhood to retrieve better quality service. Another thing at the end of the services she literally got up walked over to the manicure stations and yelled that I should really consider getting my big toe nail removed. I was clueless how to pick my polish because there's a huge sign that says " CUSTOMERS DO NOT TOUCH POLISH". So I just grabbed the blue polish in front of me. The lady took my polish from me and told me to sit down on the couch. The guy that did my pedicure did a wonderful job. But, I was thrown off by all the signage with rules. There were 2 signs that said " We have a right to refuse service" I really like my pedicure and want to comeback but I'm unsure if I want to spend my money there because of the service. This is the best nail salon in the area in my opinion. I've gone to multiple places and I've always felt like the quality of the pedicures were trash in comparison to what I had to pay. When I go here, I'm ALWAYS satisfied with what I get and the prices are affordable too ($35 got a pedi). I'm not really sure why people are saying this salon is dirty lol...I don't feel like it's dirty, but it is a lot going on in there with things that just don't seem to belong in a nail salon. I've never had an issue with Kim but I've noticed that she's always doing multiple tasks so she doesn't really have much time for the small/extra talk. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced ever! So I was in the area and called to inquire about walk-ins. The young lady answered the phone and in a rushed, aggressive manner asking me if I was in the parking lot and that there was only "1" chair open and they fill up fast. So i got there within 5 minutes and got out to an outdoor cloud of marijuana/weed smoke. Outside of the salon door was a sign up sheet on a table and the doors were locked. A lot of traffic from other shops/businesses and the environment didn't feel safe once I tried to open the salon door and couldn't gain entry. The same young lady opened the door rudely asking was I the same person she spoke with on the phone. Never once greeted me just instructed me on where to sit. Mind you their was only "1" person being serviced and all the other seats were empty SHE COMPLETELY LIED! Once seated I asked if I could add a manicure on with my pedicure and her response was telling me the price. I didn't ask her anything about pricing but she got agitated telling me this is how their policy works and how they do things there. I told her that I would at least like to be greeted when I walk through the door and she went off! To other individuals, out loud in the shop saying things like "If I had a lot of money I wouldn't work because I don't need to deal with this". That's why I like dealing with "MY PEOPLE" and started naming her regulars. Made a cross gesture with her hands saying she was blessed.
