BUT I will NEVER go to her again. Jenn has NO RESPECT for clients time and has been so rude it's actually astonishing. I legit want to warn other people, because I wish I spent my time finding someone else instead of keep giving Jenn chances. So that I don't sound like a Karen - I've attached text receipts. Out of 5 appointments with her she's canceled on me last minute THREE times. This last time I pointed this out to her because I took off work to have this appointment before I had an event that coming weekend. I therefore planned to work Saturday and Sunday instead. She canceled 25 minutes before my appointment with no warning. Out of desperation, and her assuring me "I PICK THE TIME AND DAY" and she'd be there - I choose Sunday at 7pm and confirmed with her THREE times. She confirmed. I heard nothing from her leading up to the appointment so I figured everything was good to go. I left work an hour early to make sure that I was there by 7pm. When I pull up I see a text - no apology, nothing, at 605pm "it's Easter Sunday I can't make it tonight I can fit you in tomorrow". WHY would she agree to that appointment if Easter was a problem? Also she had 3 whole days to figure that out! And let me know!! This was also her appointment to "make it up to me". THEN SHE BLOCKED ME!! My texts were coming back green and when I called it went to voicemail so I had my boyfriend text her and it came back blue... I knew she blocked me. I have been nothing but understanding, kind and a loyal customer up until this point even though she's canceled on me multiple times leading up to this. She was also asked to leave her last salon so I think I might know why. I wouldn't go near her ever again. I've had more respectful interactions with the worst people. For now I will make super dark roots and platinum blonde hair the new TREND till I find someone else.

there is a reason why this place has low reviews. believe the people who have bad experiences and…read moretake time out of their days to help deter others from the same trash treatment. with that being said--don't go here. this place and the people that work here should be out of business with how they handle clients. i had an event, so i booked a blowout at 555pm. these people rescheduled my appointment to 625pm without telling me, other than sending an automated text the day of. i left that alone and accepted it. they then texted me again at 2pm saying my stylist had an emergency and i need to come in at 3pm or i need to cancel. i then respond saying that's pretty inconvenient and asked if i could get a discount or something for having to rush. after i said that, with no mention that i planned on canceling, they send me a text saying THEY canceled. i was pissed at that point, so i called. 6 different call attempts, the first went through and was ignored, the other 5 went straight to voicemail. how unprofessional can a business get? just go to a real hair salon to get your hair styled. this place, their employees, and their communication absolutely suck. and ps: in case they try to use this, yes, at the end of our text conversation, i called them d*ckheads. i was nothing but pleasant before that. they deserve a lot worse than that (-:

It was the worst haircut I have ever had…read more I showed her a long wispy asymmetrical pixie. She left one side of my head with no hair longer than and inch and my part so high up it's nearly in the middle of my head. She never asked where I wanted my part, how long I wanted it she didn't even wash my hair because I had washed it that morning... she just sprayed it with water. I've sat with it for two, maybe three weeks and now it's growing out it's worse. I have been flipping my part to try to to do a comb over of sorts to hide the much too short side. It still only passes some days. I've had job interviews for high paying rolls and I can't even walk in feeling confident because my hair looks like I let a 7 year old with dull scissors at it. It's also so short no one can even fix it at this point. I'm stuck till it grows out and I can find someone decent to do it. I do not understand how someone with such great reviews and beautiful style photos did this abject mess...
