One evening I was so incredibly harassed having to rush between errands and catching a delivery for a video I had to make that I felt I was slowly developing what could be a migraine. Because I still have a lot to do that night, I knew I had to grab a quick bit and take precautionary measures, also known as medicine. I just finished paying for items I bought from the grocery when I saw Kimsea. With it's intriguing name, I headed towards it and saw their sushi sets for groups and for lone diners like me. Because it looked decent, I decided to give it a try. I got the solo pack at PhP70 which, aside from a ball of wasabi, calamansi and soy sauce, included 3 pcs California maki, 3 pcs. kani maki, and 3 pcs. kani sushi. I know, it's a lot of kani, but it just made my mouth water when I saw it. I must say, that despite the relatively low price, it did not disappoint. It wasn't as fantastic as the ones I could get in a restaurant, but it was good enough - good enough for me to take a photo and post it on social media to share the experience and with this review, I hope you get to enjoy it, too. read more
