While I was on the phone with her, because i could not get in the store even though they should have still been open 2 more customers showed up, so instead of helping customers, they just shut the store lights off. I had a bathroom ceiling light/exhaust/heater that quit heating. I took it to them & they showed me the bad part (for free) looked it up from their suppliers & found they couldn't order it, but sent me home with the correct information and told me if I spent a few hours on the internet I could probably find it. More like 2 days, but I found the part ordered it and then decided that I should have them install it, so I didn't end up burning down my house. They put it together and tested it for me, for free! They repair flat screen TVs & all household appliances. They also sell & install. Hometown service & just good guys. They've won me over as a customer.

It was a couple of weeks since I picked it up and was ready to paint the pre-primed wood....wrong, I needed to sand and patch every piece there was. I try to go to locally owned places and spend my money with them, I'll be going to either Lowes or Home Depot from now on as my time is more valuable than to fix every piece of trim I'm putting in. The one casing looks as if it had been moved around quite a bit, getting pretty banged up...I'm betting the yard guys went in and told the salesman they finally got rid of that banged up twisted pos...had a good laugh about it.

They have the worst customer service I've ever seen for a company. If you buy something from them…read moreand it breaks or tears up in four months they refuse to fix it or even take it back. When they finally come pick it up they want to stand in your door way and inspect the stuff. They show up at your door without making an appointment at any hour they choose. Oh and don't call in and ask them about it they will cuss you out. They are nice as long as you are spending money, and they will call and harass you about your payment before it's even due.

They said to come in when we get a chance to get another chair and we would cut it even. No more than a week later they come banging on my door at night while im sleeping to come get the chair. They didnt call or anything; no scheduled pickup. It continued to escalate from there. I finally had them come get it. The same guys showed up with the same attitudes as before. My girlfriend answered the door and I was in the kitchen, she advised him to get the chair and to get out of our home. And can you believe he just started inspecting it right in the middle of my living room and ignoring everything she was saying?!?! In OUR home?!?! When i walked into the room it was a different story, He jumped up away from the chair and darted towards the door like a coward. Im assuming that Aarons doesn't treat MEN like that. It makes no sense anyway. I immediately called the manager and he said that they have to do an inspection before they leave. OK? I told him he can do it outside, but you are not going to mistreat my family and do what you please on my property. He said that wasn't going to work so i said FINE GET ALL OF YOUR STUFF OUT OF MY HOME THEN. He did and that's the end of it. I will never deal with these people again. Everything we've bought from them has nearly fell apart, this time i wasn't going to be a jolly handyman and fix something that im paying good money for. Please, take my word and just start a savings account. SAVE FOR WHAT YOU WANT. I promise you, you will end up with something not 10, not 100, but 1000 times better! Remember, you work too hard for your money to settle for less and give it to a bunch of crooks!
