-1 - At the least. This Was one of the worst mistakes I ever made in my life by stopping by the store on my drive through Colorado. I went in And purchased a cartridge called sauce. I got in my car and started driving off opened the cartridge and it was a quarter gone. Now I am on the freeway - there is no exit to get off so I can't turn around. And now maybe this was in a 10 minute time frame from when I left and purchased the item. I immediately called the store and voiced my concern of the cartridge not being full, the girl on the phone told me specifically "I am looking at one right now and it is full". And I said, well I don't know what to tell you but this I just opened and I have it right here in front of me and it is not full. She said hold on let me talk to my manager. Came back and told me that there is absolutely nothing that KIND CASTLE can do for me and I would need to get in touch with the manufactureR and then they would need to give kind castle a refund and then I Need to go to BACK to KIND CASTLE castle to pick up my exchange of a product that was not what it was said to be. Wow! This is just unbelievable, I have never in my life had anyone tell me this. I could never have smoked a quarter of this cartridge within seven minutes when I was driving a car. I have a witness in my car as well. I got off the phone started thinking how completely insane this was because not only did the girl disregard me in my concerning subject. She actually tried to end the call saying I have "another customer on the phone and I have to go" ... this is a Hmmmm moment...I guess I'm not a customer at this point? Wouldn't you feel that way if you just purchased something, called back to have a complaint on the item and no one cares and they disregard you and tell you they have to go to another call. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences, I have ever had in my entire 52 years of life and working over 35 years in a retail atmosphere of high end product. And believe me, Unfortunately this gives me the keen eye of knowing when disappointment is at its highest. This has been the worst experience I've ever been through for a measly $45 item that a store manager is basically telling me I'm lying and I might be sued for harassment because I have a complaint and he won't give me the information on where to go he is putting his feet in the ground and making a point and it is very unprofessional. Honestly I can't even believe that a person in this day of age when businesses are going to be struggling to stay alive that he can't turn and make this a comfortable transition in what I need to do for an unsatisfied product? Wow. Is all I know to say. And then to tell me I am going to be banned and sued for Harassment - this is really insane. It's unfortunate. It really is. So the interaction is getting more horrible. This dude Mark Mayasich is certainly a fighter. He should not be "helping" customers. The emails he has sent me regarding this experience are threatening and horrible name calling. These guys stole $100 from me. I made a purchase totalling $115, and paid $100.09 in CASH and charged the remainder to my card. Now, half an hour later on the drive home, i stopped to get gas as my gas light went on. my card was declined. Well, it didnt take long to find out that the kind castle charged the entire purchase to my card and pocketed the money. i also owed the bank $50 overdraft fee thanks to kind castles wonderful customer service. I called kind castle and they were not entirely helpful let alone understanding of the shitty situation they out me in. Their misuse of my card cost me $150 that day. Normally love this dispensary but I drove 2 hours to get there today because my debit card is lost and their website says they take debit and credit cards. I was told they do not take credit cards anymore once I finally arrived. So, I wasted 4 hours of my day along with half a tank of gas for something that could have easily been avoidable. read more

Best dispensary on the western slope. The bud tenders are cool cats. Super friendly and fun. Great selection of buds. $99 out the door and it's a huge selection not just one or two strains. They'll also let you mix and get 2 half's. My preferred place to go. read more

Whenever my boyfriend and I come to Colorado for work, this is the dispensary we prefer to visit every time. There are a few other dispensaries within a couple hundred feet but this place is for sure our favorite! The staff is always friendly, the shop is cute and welcoming and they overall have a great selection of whatever you're looking for. We've been super pleased every time and I'm sure you will be too.
