Her attention to detail; good eye trained to catch places to clean you may have never thought of while showing her basic areas needing either full or touch-up cleaning. For the first time ever, I feel relaxed once we perused our home to get a full view of what I need as a disabled person. And more. Please consider this lady. Please hire her. I like her mannerisms, the fact I can trust. There is nothing not to like. We have a fully-carpeted double-wide manufactured home with three bedrooms (one huge master bedroom w/two bathrooms and walk-in closet - a suite); island kitchen with many cupboards, a guest bath, foyer and laundry room. Through 23 years in our home (married 57 years), it became apparent we alone could not keep this up this beautiful home. Robin came along. What can I say more. There is so much more. We had to repeatedly go around our home to show what else we needed done. I eventually just agreed that it was good enough. After going through the house the next few days, I honestly don't even know what he cleaned or if he did anything. I have cleaned everything in my home myself, and have not found one part of the home that looks clean after his service. At first I felt bad because the man that came was so kind and nice, but honestly I cannot believe I spent $200 on literally nothing. I wish I could just get my money back... Also, It states online that they accept credit cards but apparently only take Venmo. Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us. Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days. Because at first I was so happy to support this small business.. but I think it was such an overall terrible experience that something needed to be said. We paid $200 for literally nothing. They throughly cleaned around toilets. I also, think they dusted our mantle, and were careful, not to break any of my nick nacks! I feel team 4 did exceptional work! I only had problem once, with Molly Maids, where one of the maids was afraid of our dog. He likes to bark, I tried to keep him away. That team left earlier, than I thought they should. I left them to work while I went back to my office. The main Molly Maid office called me an hour later and said the girls didn't think they could complete in the time given. We have a lot of woodwork and it would take too long to clean. They asked if I wanted to extend the time. I asked how much time would be needed. They then called me back and said the girls felt uncomfortable and left and service would not continue. I even asked them to limit the he service to just a few rooms. They said they couldn't continue service. The girls lied and said someone said something to them. No one said anything to them. I was in my office working. I definitely would never recommend them!
