I was recommended here by two different people who say they are the best in the country. One of which has a wonderful success story of her own. My fiance had childhood trauma that had him hospitalized and this was the only way to help him/us to have a kid. I had saved up for copay as they said insurance didn't cover it so I could pay out of pocket. Had an appointment set up for about a week in advance. I even received a coupon in my email that an employee said could be applied and that they would assist me with that. The day before, I get a message saying that MY appointment that was scheduled plenty ahead of time was already somehow taken (even though it was booked with ME)and that they can't help me and changed their policies. This sounds so sketchy and devastated me and my fiance after years of jumping through constant hoops. This is a horrible way to display your business and to lead someone to think you could help them. My wife and I went to Kindbody, which was VIOS when we started service. Throughout the process, they were difficult to work with and challenging to understand regarding process timing and costs. During our experience with Kindbody, we found out that many of the coordinators and nursing staff had left for other places, making it difficult to maintain consistency within the practice. Since completing services with Kindbody, we have been working to secure a refund for services not rendered. After numerous attempts to obtain information, we were told that it was always someone else's job and that they would get back to us. However, each time, there was never anyone who reached back out. We have been struggling to get a refund that exceeds $12,000 for over 5 months. It was already a nervous and stressful time for my wife and I. There are choices that can be made for fertility clinics, and I would caution anyone from working with Kindbody Milwaukee. This is truly a poorly managed operation, and we often found them to be short and rude. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, if you have options, DO NOT choose Kindbody during this stressful, yet hopeful journey. read more

I don't really ever review anything but I feel that woman and men should be warned what an awful money making machine this place is. My review is a tad long but worth the read if you're considering kind body. I came to kind body after 2 years of trying to get pregnant. There was a lot about it that rubbed me the wrong way but I couldn't put my finger on it until I moved to New York and I am now being seen by a Cornell doctor who is AMAZING and I get exceptionally great care!! Here are the top complaints about kind body after realizing what fertility medicine SHOULD be like! -I felt like I was on a fertility conveyor belt, there is no interest in figuring out what is specifically wrong with the individual just a bunch of check lists they need to check off so they get paid. The staff does not care about you as a patient just about their check at the end of the day. The doctor especially doesn't care. I never actually saw her in person. More on that below. -you NEVER actually get to see the doctor in person. You have a Skype meeting with her initially and then each appointment you only see the ultrasound technician and the nurse. Even when I received my IUI it was not done by a doctor. She never called to check up with me, see how I was doing absolutely NOTHING. I didn't think much of it back then but now I go to a doctor here in New York City who I see for every single appointment. He does all of my ultrasounds and any procedure I might have. He checks in constantly with me and always asks if I have any questions. This is the care you need to look for. Kind body does not offer this kind of exceptional care. -I got diagnosed with PCOS while at Kind body and they had no interest in healing my PCOS before jumping into Fertility procedures. All they cared about was jumping straight and IUI's and IVF and not caring about healing my body first and getting my body to a place where it is ready to conceive. So it's no surprise I did not conceive while at kind body. -the nurse Emily is awful!!!! Whenever I would call she would act annoyed with my questions. After telling me I was not pregnant after an Iui I cried with disappointment and she looked at me like I was crazy and tried to hurry everything along so she could leave the room. Dr Ehlers is wonderful - she is kind, listens, and gives it to you straight. She gives her recommendations based off your unique situation. I have full confidence in her as my doctor. All the staff I've met are great. Lindsay and Molly, nurses at the Wauwatosa location, are always compassionate and prompt with following-up. It's obvious they are very experienced, which is comforting as a patient. I was only at the Chicago location twice for services, but I could tell the staff there is also exceptional. Dr Ehlers & her team know what they are doing and they don't treat you like a number. They take the time to listen to you and they bring new ideas to the table. You really can tell right away that you're in good hands. I was able to have success with their help, on their first try. My friend also has the same story from working with Dr Ehlers. I do not recommend Vios. I was hoping to get some diagnostic testing done to figure out if there is anything physically going on preventing me from getting pregnant. This place sent me countless consent forms and emails making me feel like I am signing my life away and having to agree to IUI/IVF before even completing the initial diagnostic tests and before even finding out if there is anything wrong with me. If you know the route you are going to take is IUI/IVF then maybe this place is for you but if you are like me and just in the beginning stage of figuring out your fertility and if something is wrong then I warn you that you could walk away with a sour taste in your mouth because this place will make you immediately feel like IUI/IVF is the last resort and the only option and they will not even care to consider other alternatives. I feel like I am a pawn in their IVF game and that I am being pressured into taking that route. I'm better off going to a naturopathic doctor because I wholeheartedly believe if there is nothing wrong with me physically I should still have a strong chance to get pregnant naturally and no reason why I should be pushed into IVF. Even further irritating was the fact that after I got the saline ultrasound done they would not take the time to discuss any results with me and hurried out of the room before I could ask any questions about the results. Apparently they discuss the results at a follow up appointment. And they wouldn't let me schedule the follow up appointment until my husband got blood tests to figure out if he has STDs?? What???? To deny me the ability to schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss my test results without having my husband get what seems to be unnecessary testing at this point done seems like extortion to me! What is this place? I feel like they're trying to trap me into agreeing to do expensive, unnecessary tests and treatments and I feel 1,000 times more confused, frustrated, angry, heartbroken, and lost about my fertility journey after contacting this place for help. read more
