I discontinued treatment when I didn't see improvement. Turns out - I had the wrong diagnosis! Continuous PT at that time and finally an MRI - showed me the right area and I tried chiropractor and PT for treatment - unsuccessfully. Now years later, the problem has flared up as I have deeply engaged in yoga and running. I filled out the online new patient form as I had new goals I wanted to discuss. This location reached out to me so I scheduled an appointment here. The exterior is a bit questionable - and the area - but inside is absolutely lovely. The entire space has been remodeled and is quite appealing. The treatment room is the same as Westerville - awesome, huge, plush, leather recliners with soft music and dim lighting in the background. My clinician was knowledgeable and professional in the intake meeting. It was short and we proceeded to treatment. His touch was perfect in applying the pins. I struggled to relax as I had had difficult conversations earlier that day and they spun circles in my head. I should have hooked up to my meditation app and put on my headphones. Next time I will. I opted for 30 minutes - rather than just chilling out indefinitely and waiving them over when done. 30 minutes was about perfect as I started to fidget. The clinician quickly removed the pins and I was on my way. Later in the evening I felt wonderful - no pain and energy tingling when I attempted to meditate later. Still today - no pain. Fingers crossed we are on the right path! I've scheduled again for next week - looking forward to additional benefits! I highly recommend you check it out if you have any interest. She charges top dollar for supplements that aren't even the best products out there for your health issue. Additionally, she doesn't follow-up with her patients and will only answer questions over email if you pay her by the minute. Look at other naturopaths in the area, Dr. Ball is a waste of time.

I sprang for a "journey" package which included a few things that I will outline below: 90 min Higher Realm CBD Massage - Dale was fantastic. They made sure I was comfortable and communicated well through the process. It was a bit more movement than I've experienced for a massage before but found it really quite enjoyable. Aura Photography Reading - Lex was kind and listened to what I had to say and used both that information and my photo to dive in deeper to my life. Obviously it's all a little "woo woo" but there are certainly learnings that can be taken from it. I love card readings because they help me critically think about things. She was great and I would love to come back and see if and how my reading changes in 6 months - 1 year. She seemed very knowledgable. Infrared Sauna - This was the part I wasn't very excited about but it was super pleasant. There are different options that change the temperature and the run time of the sauna. My cycle was for "pain relief" which I found to be hot but not to the sweating point. Included was a CBD gummy as well as a glass of kombucha. No way I can afford this on the regular, but I would totally return for special occasions or once a year as a lil treat.
