I booked the ultimate and was so excited because it seemed like such a good experience. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and was called to the back 15 minutes after my appointment time. My massage therapist did not seem like she wanted to be there and unfortunately that attitude shined through during the massage. The term "mailed it in" perfectly describes my experience. So I was referred to Body Aches Escape Massage Center by my primary care physician after being diagnosed with a neck sprain. I called on a Monday morning and was unable to be seen until Friday afternoon. Prior to my visit, I was sent a link via email for client registration which allowed me to detail my concerns and everything on an e-form prior to my visit. I appreciated that Andrew actually took the time to read over everything and knew my concerns prior to getting started. While I really appreciated Andrew being attentive to my concerns/needs, I was in quite a bit of pain during our session and actually felt pretty sore for a couple days after. While I am very much sure that I would not return for the same service again, I am interested in possibly checking out their hot stone massage services. I made an appointment for the both of us at the same time and it really was wonderful. The rooms are small, but clean, warm and cozy with soothing music and candles, in my case the smell of pound cake filled the room...my kinda smell. They start off with your arms which is nice and something you wouldn't get massaged from your husband at home. Moving on to your shoulders and neck which was my favorite part and along to your legs and feet. I felt so relaxed after it and the 30 minutes past like 2. I've been doing some chiropractic work to help with the 4 surgeries worth of scar tissue from breast cancer and the doctor recommended adding massage. Heather was awesome. A wonderful experience! Their website is pretty good. Not too confusing and very easy to make an appointment on. They tell you about the form that you must fill out prior to getting a message for the first time there and they include it online so that you can submit it electronically prior to arriving. You have the option to fill it out at the building or do it on-line. I did not want to leave an extra 10 minutes early just to sit and fill out paperwork like I do when going to a dentist so I filled it out on-line. Upon arriving there Michelle, my masseuse, had the form all ready and had it reviewed so all I had to do was walk in, get changed and relax. Michelle was excellent and did a great job locating problem spots in my back and fixing them. I had a full body message with an emphasis on my upper back which lasted for 60 minutes. The room was quiet, the customer service was great and the price was really good. They take $20 off for first time visits so it was the cheapest hour long message I've ever gotten. The only confusing thing was trying to find the right building. It would seem that there are two 1501 Stonecreek buildings and each has a suite 101. I went to the wrong one first then found the correct one. Outside of that, I will definitely go back again. read more
