Our practice takes a holistic and client-centred approach, with areas of focus that may include ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout, stress management, perimenopause, infertility, pre/post-natal wellness, emotional regulation, relationships, self-esteem, athletic and performance support, parenting challenges, and overall mental and physical wellness. At Kindred Hope Wellness, we aim to create a space where individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered through personalized care that nurtures healing, resilience, growth, and long-term well-being. History

Established in 2021.

Kindred Hope Wellness started in 2021, starting with the owner and Registered Psychotherapist, Trish Joyes, because of a passion for listening to folks with complex lives. Her expertise began with neurodivergence through personal and professional connections, and as it expanded, she grew closer to first responders for similar reasons. In doing so, she expanded her practice to a team, in-person and online! We are so excited to provide this option to folks who need it. Please reach out! We’d love to hear from you.

Meet the Business Owner: Trish J.

Hi! I’m a therapist and business owner who genuinely loves the work I do. I’m passionate about understanding people’s stories, where they come from, and how life experiences shape the way we move through the world. My own life has been busy, complex, and deeply rooted in a multigenerational family dynamic, which has helped me connect with the realities many people carry every day. Throughout my life and career, I’ve worked closely with children, families, women’s wellness, and neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. I naturally connect with people who have spent much of their lives feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, burnt out, or constantly trying to keep everything together. At Kindred Hope Wellness, our team stays real, approachable, and direct while creating space for you to process, ask questions, and move toward healing through personalized therapeutic support.
