The staff was friendly and let us browse the aisles to our hearts content. There is a bathroom inside but you need to ask for a key to use it. A "bonus" of this place is it is located to a handy map of the downtown area and neat photo ops like the red London Telephone booth at the end of the block. The owner told me she made them from recycled cabinets- so creative! The store has a huge mystery, horror, and romance sections. There are some smaller self-help, history, sports, and biography sections. There is also a great clearance section with some blind reads near the front door. I also recommend you checkout the selections of bookmarks and stickers near the cashier. The bookmarks are made by local artists. The Book Store is a must visit for book lovers in the area and there are lots of cool eateries and pubs nearby too.
