She's great at explaining the science behind the mitigation strategies she shares, how to better understand emotions, behaviors, etc. She's the therapist I needed as a child. I understand other practitioners at this office also offer EMDR. Highly recommend EMDR as a therapy if recommended by your practitioner - it's a wild ride but SO worth it.
