We arrived at 7:46, only to find the office closed, the doors locked, and no one answering the phone. The hours posted on the door and listed on the website both indicated that the office opened at 7:00 a.m. When my daughter called shortly after 8:00 to explain what happened, she was told that the small print on the door says the hours are "subject to change." If office hours change, especially when patients have scheduled appointments, patients should be notified. What was even more disappointing was the response she received: "What would you like me to do for you? We just walked in." There was no apology or acknowledgment that the situation was their responsibility. My daughter followed their instructions, arrived on time, and was unable to receive the care she had scheduled because the office was closed. We will not be returning and hope management addresses this so another patient doesn't have the same experience.

MISSED DIAGNOSIS:( I was experiencing episodes of positional vertigo, and my diagnosis was NOT…read morecaught at the Bonita Springs office. I tested negative for BPPV in the POSTERIOR canal, which is common 90% of the time, told I didn't have BPPV and sent home. The vertigo continued and I followed up with a neurologist who tested me positive and told me the PT didn't know what he/she was doing. I visited another PT who tested me for both horizontal AND posterior BPPV (which is less common) and I tested positive for posterior. He then treated the posterior vertigo successfully. The Fyzical therapist was lovely, but perhaps inexperienced causing me two additional appointments (and co-pays) and an additional two weeks of dizziness. The receptionist who called for a follow-up was NOT sympathetic or apologetic and would not consider refunding my co-pay. Frustrating:(
