The remainder communication was conducted by Linka & Aurora the two office managers. Day TWO of their service it was an awakening. There was pressure to stop going to my own medical group and push push push to go to their doctors and chiropractors. The big decision maker to fire this firm occurred during a nasty rude call by Linka in respects to my primary recommending a treatment I needed badly during my first visit with him. This firms medical manager Linka was nasty she literally verbally attacked me saying "why are you getting injections" she was insisting an injection is $20,000 versus an office visit with their doctor is $1000. She must think I'm real gullible to believe that BS. The other manager handling the auto side talks so fast and impersonal you feel like you're in a drive through service. When I voiced my concerns via email to the attorney Mr Shirvanian requesting a date to talk by phone about these encounters and my concern about the agreement we had that I will go to my own medical group- he simply never responded. Luckily it had only been 3 1/2 days and I made the wise decision to fire them. They also couldn't get info as to whether or not the person that hit us had insurance. I waited 72 hours shortly before placing them on notice to get a random email saying "your insurance will cover car rental". Failing to inform us did the other party have insurance. A very important piece of info. So unprofessional. I cannot share my accident story at this time. We are under representation now by a local firm that is well know with an excellent track record.
