It's an old law firm. Well established. And if you have a traumatic brain injury, or lost an arm or leg, they may want your case. Otherwise, forget about it. You see, the defendant has to have deep pockets. Really deep pockets. Or these scumbags, like the others you see on tv, won't accept your case. Defendants with deep pockets . That's the key. And when you win that $10 gazillion .... It will be appealed or the pockets aren't deep enough, so after the law firm's expenses,you might get half. Sorry to hear about your brain injury. Me? Two years. I have been sitting in the dark for two years while I continually complained and asked for help and for information on my case. Time and time again, I was snubbed by the team at Arnold. My lawyer that I started with, Jesus Garcia was literally fired part way through my case. It took an entire year of complaining to get any answers, which ended with that. Backstory: I recently got into a car accident and my auto insurance didn't auto renew, while I'm not at fault the driver who hit me also doesn't have insurance. Review: I spoke to about five different attorneys prior to Arnold law firm. Every single attorney said they can't help me and told me to file small claim against the one who caused the accident. Arnold law firm however told me to send them the police report and pictures of my car to see what they can do about my situation. I left a review a couple months ago (it's below this post) incase someone was looking for a lawyer and said I would update when my case is over. Well, It's over and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Joshua Watson and his team. Going through my case for me was an emotional rollercoaster but Joshua, Anna, and the rest of his team made me feel comfortable, confident, and did an absolutely amazing job through out the process. My case came to a pretty quick resolution for the most part, and now it feels like a huge weight lifted off my chest. This firm added insult to injury! 11 months ago this firm/Joshua Watson, led me to believe that I had a very strong case. Joshua Watson stated; before they take on a case of this kind there needs to be at least 2-3 criteria met out of 5. He said my case was so strong; I met 4 out of the 5 criteria, even encouraged a jury trial would be best. 9 months ago they served papers....and that was the last I heard. Months would go by. I called, I text, I emailed, I had family members call on my behalf.....only then I would receive returned calls, always with an excuse of busy in court, out sick, family emergency, always with a promise next steps would happen that week. NOTHING happened. Then one month ago, I was told a new attorney joined the law firm and saw the case differently, however Joshua was still confident I had a case, but wanted me to be aware of the "other" attorneys opinion and possible consequences. Now this week I get a letter they are no longer able to represent me and because of the statue of limitations, I only have 5 months to find another attorney and start this ALL over again. I was strung along for almost a year and have lost the opportunity to find counsel, start from scratch, file more paperwork, etc.. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!
