This beauty supply store is sketchy. I bought multiple $150 UV lights and they told me it came with warranty. The lights were broken on purchase and they were not able to offer any refunds. The company that made the lights don't honor their warranties at all. read more

The selection here is so vast it is just ridiculous. As soon as you walk in it's floor to ceiling packed with nail goods. Flatback rhinestones, chrome and glitter powders, stickers, monomer, cover powders and tons off brands and trending gel polishes and acrylics. I love it here so much. It would appear to be a family operation and they may not speak your language but I don't understand why some reviewers are so insulted by this....the store is fantastic! Selection is great and I can browse here for a long time without feeling like they're breathing down my neck. I really, really like this place, don't let the negative reviews put you off unless you're a Karen that needs every store to make you feel like family instead of a customer. read more

I have been going to his store since it opened. But today will be the last time I spend my money there. I was asking if they had Apres novice gel, he looked at me and said in a rude and condescending way they don't have that I never heard of it, which he was wrong!! Apres does have it. So went home and looked up apres website to see if they are an authorized seller on apres website and they were not. So not sure if the apres line that they have is counterfeit or not. Also asked if there is a sensor lamp and he said no, that it not a real thing and that everything is a touch only. read more

I come here once a month from Arizona to buy my beauty supplies. Are they the most friendly people when you walk in the door? No, but I would rather save money than worrying about getting a new friend. Now that I've been coming there and I initiate conversation they are always really fun to be around. They are beyond rude here. I came to purchase a FULL LINE of gel polish (which is a big purchase might I add) and I stopped by a couple times and called prior to coming in so this could be a smooth transaction. Well when I came in the guy told me that since I was buying in bulk the polish with be slightly discounted and gave me a price for everything. I got there and they packed everything up and once I got to the counter they SHOCKED me with a whole different price. I asked them about the price we spoke about and they looked at me like I was a liar and told me I can go ELSEWHERE! Lol I guess my money wasn't green enough. AWFUL PLACE. The first time I came here a bunch of guys were huddled around and just stared at me as I walked in. I should've taken that as a sign to walk right out but I gave it a shot and looked around until I realized they don't even have prices on their items. What makes you think I'll buy anything if there are no prices? My school kept talking about this place and that they are rude but their prices are better. I decided i should give it another try so I came in today and same exact thing as soon as you walk in people just stare at you and don't say anything. At viet beauty supply they greet you and make sure any questions or confusions are addressed. My boyfriend tried to make jokes with one of the guys and they just looked at him like he's dumb. Come on guys how do you think you'll have business if you don't even have common decency? I kept looking around and the same guy yelled at me saying "YOU CANNOT DO THAT IDK WHAT UR LOOKING FOR BUT FIND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE" I sure walked out after that. Terrible place. Never coming back. Found a new nail supply store. Lots of different brands. I wish there were prices posted, constantly asking the price from someone that looks annoyed is never good. The prices are a bit better and they have a great nail sticker collection. The only down side I wish I wasn't looked at crazy for asking prices. Yikes. Maybe I caught them on the wrong day. I came in to get some items I needed. A worker came to help me I asked the worker if he can show me a brush & he opened it and I asked for the other size and he was going to open it and started speaking another language to the other two men working and they both looked towards me to laugh and started speaking to eachother while I'm there. I told him that I don't understand the language and that it can sound wrong if he starts speaking in another language I can't understand, that customers can feel differently if we don't understand ,he said Mexican people come in and speak their language and they can speak theirs they got defensive and told me if I don't want to buy stuff to leave and I said I didn't say that I didn't want to buy, he was really angry at me and said that I can't come in here and correct him that I don't have to buy. I was not rude to them I felt uncomfortable and I voiced how I felt, as one of them being the owner instead of understanding, was rude. read more

The place is very new. And very fresh. The store is very well light and the staff very happy and helpful. Spacious not cramped. Their prices are better than their competitor practically across the street. And being a professional I admire that. You dont need a license to shop here. So I feel todays nail supply stores tries to up price their stuff too much. With that being said I will definately come back to this store. read more

Do not buy products from the supply store they have fake electronics, like nail drills and lamps. They sell it at a discounted price and claim is real but it's free. You can't register it with the company because it's not a registered supplier. Then they offer you $20 store credit. I've had to replace this lamp twice in the last six months. It's brand new less than two months old and it fried out literally died in the middle of a client. read more
