I have also noticed that things have gotten pretty pricey in the last year. There is a man that works there, I think he may be the manager, that is very rude. I have negotiated on prices in the past when buying furniture pieces and he acted like I was asking him to buy it for me. I understand the goal is to make as much money as possible to not only sustain the store but the charity as well, but that doesn't mean that you treat people so bad that they choose not to come back. I would have only given one star but the other people that work there are very nice and the store is a great resource for people and I would hate to know that one person's bad attitude would cause people not to shop there.

had a great time here this evening for a holiday party i was invited to go to through my brother's…read morework. i know little of the big brother big sister organization, but from what i saw, it looks like an awesome thing. we got paired up with a child and went through different craft stations on the first floor of the building. we started out at the ornament decoration station and my 'friend' did an awesome job of decorating her holiday ornaments. it was fun watching and interacting with the children. from there we went to the holiday card making station and last to a thank you card making station. after a funfilled crafty time, we had group pictures and the pizza delivery came late so we all got to have some build-your-own sundaes filled with oreos, gummy worms/bears, sprinkles, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and other goodness... luckily the pizza came before the end of the party so everyone got to enjoy some pizza... there was plenty for 2nds and some probably had even more. santa came by with gift cards for the kids as well. i think everyone, adult and child, had a good time. hopefully i'll have another opportunity in the future to participate in something like this again...

Worst experience I've ever had with a health care provider. I have no insurance and paid for a…read morephysical because I was referred from a hospital to get additional testing done and need a home base. Because of my main complaint I was informed that a "provider" would not be willing to see me. I was told to that they could call and ambulance or I could drive myself to the hospital. I was not currently in distress nor I did I present in distress. If the provider that I pre scheduled the appointment with actually took the time to see and speak to me then perhaps we could've come to a different conclusion. Very sad outcome. Waste of money.
