Costco optical glasses and contacts price seemed the best when I compared prices around. Costco optical accepts insurance, so it was convenient for me too an optometrist here at inside Costco. Unfortunately this is independently operated and not associated with Costco. You actually don't need to have a Costco card to see him. They don't accept any insurance and we are on our own to submit a claim directly to our own insurance company as outside the network claim. They have two eye doctors and appointment is readily available. Both of them are nice and easy to talk to. When Costco optical question about prescription, they are there so close to resolve any issues. Price is listed at the door and no hidden costs. You pay what you see on the sign.

They did Lasik YAG surgery on each of my eyes at different times to help restore a little vision loss which has kept my eyes at top performance. After Dr. Moresky retired Dr. Stock took care of me until he retired. I continue to go to them because although the name may have changed and my doctor changed they give the same great care! This time I saw Dr. Bockhorst for my yearly check up and received the same great care. Every one in the office was very friendly, helpful and efficient. l enjoyed interacting with each one of them. I had to return four times, spending a significant amount of my time, and my contact lenses were still not properly fitted. What was most disappointing was feeling that I was not treated with the same care and attention a patient should receive. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and the entire experience left me feeling disrespected. I want to mention that the staff was kind and professional. My concerns are specifically about my experience with the doctor. I cannot recommend this office, and I would like to request a refund for the service I paid for.

Every time I visit, I am amazed with how much they can fit into a small footprint. This year, I was seen by Dr. Cameron and it was a great experience. I didn't have to wait very long at all to get started on pre-exam screenings. The tech who assisted me was very helpful at guiding me through the screenings. My exam itself was great. Dr. Cameron explained everything very well and answered various questions that I presented with ease. Going to the doctor is never a fun task, but Arrowhead Optometry makes the eye exam process easy and painless. I'll be back next year!
