Someone fraudulently used my card -- OVER THE PHONE (on the July 4th weekend no less) -- and they took it down and charged $20,000.00 to it without verification of I.D. Yes -- $20K - you read that correctly. When I reported it, they were less than helpful or sympathetic and refused to file a police report on their end. BAD & UNETHICAL SERVICE!! I've filed my own police report -- don't do business here! -- Their website also lists an email that is no longer valid. Someone did return my call the next morning - but not before they called the criminal first and told him that I had canceled the card and transaction - thus allowing him to lie some more -- idiots.

The price of the car was at the lower range of average for that model with that mileage. When Brandon offered the extended warranty I jumped at it. Purchased my care with 85K miles on it and the extended warranty will carry it to 160K. I was honestly surprised that this was offered on a car with such high mileage! But I figured things were due to start going on it and in my mind, I was just pre-paying for expected repairs over the next 5 years! I've had to go back for a catalytic converter and with the current shortage of used car parts, they tried an after market substitute first. That didn't work long. Took 5 weeks to get an OEM piece. What matters to me is the extended warranty covers it! From brake calipers to windshield wiper motor - all covered. Highly recommend extended warranty. I did check reviews of the 2015 Sonic and it was rated a pretty good buy, with great safety ratings. I care more about safety than I do about fancy. I feel that I got a great deal from Bulter and I've been very happy with the service department. Everyone is very professional and friendly and will work to satisfy.
