This was my first time ever I had to deal with my car repair because my husband was away for a few…read moredays. I hit a deer and thought that my car needed only a minor repair. I called few places to find out if they can help me and then decided to try Universal Body Shop first. I made this choice based on pleasant but still very professional tone of the phone conversation. Soon after I arrived at the shop, I knew picked the right place. Tom Basalyga, the owner, gave me all advice I could ask for. He explained what needed to done and how to file an insurance claim. With his assistance, I actually filed my claim while sitting in his office. It turned out that my naive estimate of the damage was way off and I could not drive the car because it was unsafe. Since I did not expect it, I had no ride home. Tom helped me again and drove me from his garage in Scranton to my home in Clarks Summit. It was a tremendous help! Now, I have my car back and I am trilled with the job! All the repairs are done and the car looks great! I would highly recommend Universal Body Shop to anyone but especially for someone like me who needs a lot of guidance.
