Someone fraudulently used my card -- OVER THE PHONE (on the July 4th weekend no less) -- and they took it down and charged $20,000.00 to it without verification of I.D. Yes -- $20K - you read that correctly. When I reported it, they were less than helpful or sympathetic and refused to file a police report on their end. BAD & UNETHICAL SERVICE!! I've filed my own police report -- don't do business here! -- Their website also lists an email that is no longer valid. Someone did return my call the next morning - but not before they called the criminal first and told him that I had canceled the card and transaction - thus allowing him to lie some more -- idiots.

For transparency, I've included screenshots of my initial reply and outreach as well as the responses after my order cancellation request. I placed the order on a Monday during business hours, requested a cancellation on the order online on Wednesday after not receiving an update or reply, and received follow-up on Thursday along with resolution. Vincent really came through, and we talked to clear everything up. They ended up covering the cost of the parts and shipping next day air which is way more than I expected, and I am very thankful. Regrettably, I can only give four stars based on the initial lack of response. Maybe the initial email I sent didn't go through, but Dave told me on the phone that he gets email notifications of voicemail left. I listened to the message before sending it on Tuesday. The subsequent calls at different times on Wednesday are indicative of failure to answer. I called (732) 212-6261 and pressed 3 to go to parts. I was sent to voicemail every time during business hours. No response was received until Thursday. The bottom line is I got the parts I needed, but it was without initial frustration. This parts department needs to review the gaps in messages coming through, voicemail notifications, and simply having staffing resources available to answer the phone during business hours.
