After I came out I was relieved to see the line move significantly so pulled my car up front. Then an employee told me to move back to move cars that were AFTER ME to the front. Umm, hello I was there first?!? Then after talking to my dad he informed me we needed to take a ticket and another woman with a scowl on her face rudely told me it would be two hours. Yikes. We've emailed and called him several times. My husband got ahold of him once and he said he was in the car and would check his records in his office and get back to us. We still haven't heard anything back and have requested a refund. At this time, he's not returning our calls and emails. We've ordered half a cow from other ranchers and butchers in the past and have never experienced this before. We didn't get that much beef from him which leads us to wonder about his questionable farming practices. In the beginning, he would always call us promptly and answer our questions and then as soon as he got our money, we have struggled to get ahold of him and get our lamb (now all we want is a refund). If you see the other review listed here, you'll see that this seems like a common occurrence with them.
